This is a very nice purse, looks even better in person.

Not as cute as the picture. It is dull colored and lacks any type of shine or glossiness like it appears in the ad. Also the straps are not reinforced and probably will tear with time. And finally the inside smelled awful like urine or rotten fish. I febreezed the heck out it, because i needed a workbag.

would like pocket for cell phone on outside of purse

Looks good but the neck is far to narrow. It stresses me out trying to get into it. Not really a usable bag.

it's good quality, sturdy, great size, I can fit my water bottle in there standing up. the zippers are all great, the feel of it, is soft and silky, love love it. and this is the first purse that is not genuine leather that I love.

That being said, I wish this lovely purse had a tad more structure (framework) to it;it tends to be "slouchy" when it's put down on a table or chair etc.Perhaps, the handles could have been stitched on a bit higher up, this might have helped to keep the shape proper when this bag is not being carried.Otherwise it's a good choice, meets your needs.Came well packed. Arrived on time.I'd purchase from this company again.
