Incipio Apple iPhone 11 Pro NGP Case-Black

I have owned a NGP case for every iPhone i've had since the iPhone 5. This case is nothing like those cases. The old NGP cases even just on my previous iPhone X were matte and easy to grip. This new cases is shiny and slick. Every fingerprint and smudge shows. Im not sure why they changed the design but you could easy get a case that looks just like this at a kiosk in the mall

I’ve used NGP cases on every iPhone I’ve had since my first 3GS and absolutely love them. I got the clear one for my 11 since the back is an awesome green. Sadly, the case doesn’t stay clear for very long. I bought two and they both got a brown tint within a couple of months. I’m going back to a black case now…

Case is clear, not translucent. Discoloring within 2-3 months. Buttons are not easy to press and don’t have the click feeling. Case held up to multiple drops from pocket height on hard surfaces.Switched to the spiegen liquid crystal. Not old enough to talk about discoloring but the liquid crystal feels a little gripper/ more rubbery. It does have much better button click.

I tried 7 different cases for the iPhone 11 Pro and the Incipio NGP Pure Translucent Case for Apple iPhone 11 Pro with Flexible Shock-Absorbing Drop-Protection is the best for me. It provides the amount of protection I am looking for but is minimalist in design. It affords adequate grip but goes in and out of pocket easily. Allows the iPhone to be seen but is protected.

It has a Proximity sensor for the hand, it places the exact amount in the hand, it works with D-type batteries, it has the option for a power adapter, but it does not have a charger, It has a led to indicate when it is necessary to change the batteries. Highly recommended.

Literally installed it and dropped it less than 2 feet from the dlllr. It lasted flat on its back (the covered side) and the back COMPLETELY SHATTERED. I wish I could give this -1,000 because of the heartache I’m gonn have to go with them trying to give me a refurbished phone. This was brand new.

The case is very easy to touch and hold. Almost sticky, in face finger prints to stick to back. Not really an issue for me though. I like it to be easy to hold. Very slim case with solid protection on the edges. I would say decent protection but don't drop it more than 5 feet from ground.

The seller showed one type of case and sent another. There are hard to notice but important differences between the cases. In this matter, the case displayed was black and had the apple logo on the back. The case I received was not black but translucent and did not have the apple logo. I am of the opinion the case shown was more expensive and durable but the case I received was not as durable.
