I bought Bennys shave Balm well over twelve months ago. I meant to write a review after a couple of weeks of use but never got round to it. So after well over twelve months of use I think I qualify to give a long term impression.So firstly is the amount of time it lasts, I am only about two thirds of the way down the tub. You literally only need to dip your fingertip in the jar once or twice and it gives you more than enough balm to cover your face. I cannot pinpoint the exact fragrance, or liken it to anything. All I can say is that has a lovely scent and leaves your skin feeling silky smooth, but not sticky. It also gives a lovely cooling sensation to my skin which I aids in closing your skin pores.All in all a really great product that smells lovely, lasts for ages and is a great price. I cannot see myself ever being without it.

I originally bought this for someone else, but found out they never used such products. So I used it myself, and I’m now on my 3rd tub!That’s only 3 tubs in 3 years! A little goes a long way, smells nice and soothes nicely after a shave!I can’t fully describe the scent, but it’s kind of a cool, T-tree-like spicy smellI. I enjoy it.My only potential issue with it, is I stop smelling it after a few hours. I don’t know if that’s because I’m wearing it and so can’t smell it after a while. Or, it loses it’s smell after a few hours.Either way it’s worth it for me! I’d recommend!

Was surprised how runny balm is, but that said, it does spread nicely on face with a cooling sensation. Not sure what all the rave reviews about the scent come from as to me it smells just like cloves. Nothing wrong with that I guess, but just not what I was expecting. Not the sort of smell I would associate with a shaving balm. End up smelling like a cross between cloves and old fashioned humbugs.Fortunately it is not overpowering and soon fades, but would have given 5 stars were it not for the smell.

Review from my hubby……I have never been one for using moisturisers, found them to feel really odd on my skin after shaving. But recently have gone on to single blade safety razor shaves ( from a well known multi bladed razor ), shaving has no become a bit of me time and a pleasure, to finish it all off with Benny’s aftershave balm just finishes the whole experience with aplomb. Easy to apply and as the ad says smells amazing and feels wicked on freshly shaved face and head. Would I buy again and recommend the answer has to be an unquestionable YES.

Have been using this for a while. Scent is OK, so is the gel-like consistency. Not for a sensitive skin though - a lot of redness and burning sensation after applying. Will try different options after using it up.

What a delightful find - products offered by Benny's of London.Balm has a very subtle manly scent.I've been looking for the right shaving gear for decades now, and always go back to Gillette range since brainwashed with their "We say we make best products for you" spiel.Having sensitive skin which blisters after shaving and using their sensitive shaving cream - no help.Then stumbled by chance on Amazon with Benny's range.Ordered shaving cream, Brush & post shave balm. Promptly delivered and well packed.Now tried it next day and wait for it......No skin irritation or red patches.!!A clear winner and one brand l'll use forever. Only Gillette product to use is their sensitive skin shaving blade which works in tandem with Benny's range.Highly recommend them.

I have purchased lot of shaving products over the years (I am 72 ) , not worth anything like the £12 . It was very runny and did not help with the shave at all ,do not bother trying it . I do not know about the name Benny's more of a Del Boy Trotters would be more correct .

I have very sensitive skin and have to take great care when shaving. I always use a post shave balm and have used Nivea and Bulldog for the past few years and they are great products.When my Nivea ran out I thought I would try something different. After some research and reading of reviews I tried Bennys.It is slightly thicker than Nivea but is easily applied and you can actually feel it sooth.The scent is like grapefruit and I really like it.A big thumbs up for me.Give it a try if you are looking for something different

Ich habe schon viel ausprobiert, aber dieser Balsam ist wirklich anders. Die Gelartige Substanz kann sparsam aufgetragen werden und erzeugt trotzdem volle Wirkung. Wenn wirklich mal eine Rasur "scharf" geworden ist weil die Klinge über die Zeit ist, oder man probiert eine Rasiercreme aus die dann doch nicht so pflegend ist wie angekündigt, dann wirkt der Balsam wie eine "Löschpapier" das Irritationen, Hautbrennen oder Juckreize unterbindet. Selbst wenn man sich 6-7 Tage in der Woche rasiert kommt man mit diesem Tiegel lange aus. Auf jeden Fall werde ich das Produkt noch einmal kaufen.

Ottimo prodotto inglese. Idrata e rende la pelle morbidissima dopo la rasatura. Il profumo è estremamente leggero per cui è possibile usare il profumo personale senza che venga alterato l’aroma di quest’ultimo.

Sehr, sehr guter Rasier Balsam, gut aufzutragen, riecht gut und kein Radurbrand mehr.Hält auch sehr lange. Note : sehr gut

Avevo voglia di farmi un regalo, un dopobarba non delle solite Marche...ho voluto provare questo prodotto e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto...a parte la solita velocità Amazon nella consegna, il balsamo è in una bella confezione, ma quel che più conta molto piacevole da applicare dopo la rasatura, calma e lenisce, è molto fresco e profumato e in più ammorbidisce la barba qualora si decida di farla crescere...
