UPDATE #2 - Bonnie customer service is beyond incredible!!
SECOND UPDATECustomer service is amazing and I have two replacement plants that are beautiful and strong! I highly recommend!UPDATED REVIEWI contacted the company thru their website and explained the situation. Replacement plants will be on the way! Wonderful customer service to go along with the great products!!=====================My plants arrived just over two weeks ago and two were beautiful but the other two were in "sad" shape on arrival.Pros - the two survivors are doing very well, the scent of the plant is wonderful, and when I pinched off a leaf to taste it, the flavor is amazing!Cons - while the packaging arrived in good shape on a day in the upper 30s ( and the shipment weather had been quite warm for the season) and I met the delivery man at the door, the included "hot pad" was ice cold and two of the four plants appeared dead. I usually do very well with plants so after checking their soil moisture I moved the two "patients" to a prime spot - warmish with grow lights. I monitor them every few days and I am positive one is not going to make it (stems and leaves both appear completely dead) and one I have not yet given up on - only because I am stubborn and really hate to give up on a plant - but I really should accept reality in that case also.So if they arrive alive, you will be VERY happy with them. Otherwise, not so much. If I could smile with half my face and pout with the other half, that would express my feeling perfectly. Very expensive baby plants when only two survive, but hopefully the remaining plants will grow well and provide me with what I hoped for.

Came in the box excessively wet, covered in fungus, and dying
These came as the title says, way too moist, and covered in fungus. All four died of the fungus; one was dead in the box, two had a little bit of green on them but were 90-95% brown and slimy, and I had hope for one that was about 30% green and 70% brown on arrival--that one died too. All four of these died either in shipping, or within a week and a half of arrival. Very disappointed. Bonnie, please clean your greenhouses and be sure to use a fungicide, because these plants didn't even live long enough to cut off the affected parts, apply fungicide, and let them dry out a bit; they were effectively dead on arrival, with sopping wet soil in the pots and tropical humidity so high in the box that they ended up growing so much fungus so badly as to be completely hopeless when I got them. Not a happy buyer here.

Beautiful and healthy
I love the smell of this thyme. These plants were packaged with much care, and arrived ready for planting. Not a blemish on them. Good size for the money and worth the wait.

Fragrant and Well-Packaged - Lemon Thyme Four Pack
The Lemon Thyme Four Pack certainly offers great value for the cost. The first thing you'll notice upon unboxing is the delightful aroma of Lemon Thyme that subtly permeates the air - an olfactory testament to the freshness of these plants. Moreover, the packaging deserves a special mention. It is robust and ensures that the plants reach you in optimal condition. Each plant was well-secured, demonstrating the seller's care and commitment to delivering a high-quality product. However, it's not all sunlit gardens and fragrant breezes. The Lemon Thyme's hardiness – or rather, lack thereof – was a letdown. These plants seemed a touch too delicate for my liking, lacking the robust resilience I typically look for in my herbs. This does not reflect on the quality delivered by the seller but rather the inherent characteristics of the plant itself. In summary, if you're seeking a cost-effective way to add a burst of lemony freshness to your garden, this four-pack of Lemon Thyme is a worthwhile investment. Just be prepared to give these plants a bit of extra care and attention to ensure they thrive. The seller has done their part in providing healthy, wonderfully aromatic plants in sturdy packaging; the rest is up to you and your green thumb.

Lack of consistency but hopeful.
All 4 plants arrived individually secured. Of the 4, one had a thick healthy ball of stems and leaves atop. The other 3 were rotted at the stem base, as well as, most of the top growth. They should grow back fine butmost people would have tossed them out. Fingers crossed because these smell wonderful.

Customer service is awesome
Two from the third delivery arrived alive. All three deliveries were packaged very well and delivery was perfect. Customer service tried their best to deliver. The four stars are for them. Thank you for trying. I will take the two plants and be happy with them.

Arrived almost dead
Most of the products came almost dead. I have planted them but they aren't coming back like I had hoped. I feel I have spent more money on them then what it's worth.
