This salt is lovely. The truffle bits are strongly enough flavored to be a true ingredient in any dish you make.Sprinkled over tomato salad, pre-season pork, chicken, steak or fish. Fabulous way to bring out flavors in a tomato bisque or spaghetti sauce. A true game changer, I have used it for years. Cant be without it.

Too much variation in salt granule size.Nice truffle smell, but short on truffle flavor!Would not buy again.

I use Truffle salt often. This has no truffle flavor. It is an extreme salt taste.

Sprinkled on food like iodized salt from a saltshaker. Found that smell and taste was stronger than White Truffle Salt. Will probably use for cooking instead of adding to food to eat.
