I'm afraid we haven't had any snow yet, so I can't say how they actually work in the snow. We needed something low profile because there is not much space between the tire and wheel well on the vehicle we purchased these for. They are low profile and fit well. I didn't expect much quality wise, because the price was so reasonable, but they're really well made! I'd suggest shaping a wire coat hanger into a hook to help pull the straps through the wheel...unless the plastic tool provided fits your wheels....it didn't fit through ours. They're simple to install. I'm happy with the purchase and look forward to actually using them in the snow.

If you care about your car and more importantly your LIFE do not buy anything from MustBee. I used these on my ski trip to Lake Tahoe and it ruined my trip. My speed was under 20 miles. I hade cars in front and behind me. Suddenly one of the chains ripped off and damaged my BMW severely. I could not stop the car at once I it could cause fatal accident with other cars. After I found a safe place to park the car I realized most of the chains were disappeared and the ones on the tires were damaged and I had to cut them with a knife. Not only they damaged the body but the tires too.I contacted MustBee and they insisted that I was speeding and after a lot of correspondence they agreed to compensate only triple price of the chains and asked for my Paypal. But they never even paid that small amount either.This chains are fatally dangerous and not only ruined my vacation but caused a lot of extra expenses and the company does not even care to support you.

Haven’t used in snow yet but these chains were extremely easy to install. Each chain seems a bit lightweight which are attached to a plastic piece that doesn’t appear very durable but time will tell. If they work, this is a great deal!

I did bought this set of chains, “just in case”, the next day of our arrival we got hit with 16 in of snow, I was pulling out of a driveway and I slide in the ditch. It was nobody around the help get out of the ditch. So I try the chains and with a little bit of effort I was able to get back on the road. I really recommend to have a set on hand just in case.

Bought these for a snow trip and on the first try they were a little cumbersome to use but we got the hang of it. I put them on my 2001 Toyota Tundra and after about 10 minutes of use to get out of a slippery snow filled parking lot, the chains busted apart. Great idea, bad quality, probably meant for just cars or lighter vehicles.

Excellent quality especially at this price! Very easy to put on (directions are very clear). Meets required Colorado state regulations. Received within 24 hours of ordering. Couldn’t be happier! Neighbor is getting a set for his wife and daughter!

These chains are made out of very soft metal that is durable enough to withstand the snow. The chains' metal shaved off after a few miles on the snow where it hit spots of asphalt. The parts which hold chains together started bending and folding. The straps started to tear at the ratchet. The piece that releases the strap on the ratchet bent and had to be removed in order to take chains off the tire. Any of these types of chains (by this or any other vendor) are not designed for snow conditions.

If they work as good as they look, there should be no problems. Easy to install.
