Could have been been great mouthguard had it not been for the moulding instructions being about 10 seconds too long, absolutely destroyed the structural integrity of the guard. Could not get a replacement without sending the one I had back, getting a refund and buying again. That was on both the seller and Amazon's side. Beware.

Followed the instructions as per the packaging and website instructed item warped so much it was unusable. Realistically leaving this in boiled water for 35 seconds (timed using my iPhone stopwatch) will make it unusable I suggest leaving it in boiling water for no more than 25 seconds

I was skeptical but I have issues grinding my teeth and I didn't want to make it worse when clenching my jaw while weightlifting. Decided to give this a try - followed the instructions and they made into a great fit. i actually messed it up the first time (I wanted it to set further back in my jaw but I placed it too far forward) - so I soaked it again in hot water and they returned to original shape. Second time was the charm and now I use them every leg day. It lets me focus on posture and technique without worrying I'll get so into it I'll forget to unclench. Highly recommend.

Aunque algo caro para lo que es, la verdad que funciona bastante bien a la hora de proteger los dientes.Yo lo uso para hacer peso muerto, sentadillas o press militar en el GYM, ejercicios en los cuales inconscientemente y sin poder evitar, bloqueo y muerdo fuerte la mandíbula cuando uso mucho peso.Es fácil de amoldar y re permite respirar y hablar sin problemas.Estoy contento con el producto, aunque el precio me parece algo elevado.

I don't know about all the claims about balance and all that, but it's a comfortable, durable, and breathable mouthguard that keeps me from destroying my teeth during heavy lifts.
