Mother is getting to an age when simplifying the phone seemed like a good idea, she is very much of an age of the address book, the interface is clean clear and easy to use. The programming of the 6 key buttons is beautifully simple. The clarity of the microphone means the recipient / caller has a good experience and and Mother also finds it is consistently easy. Swissvoice can trace its roots as far back as 1893 and as such has great insight into what makes a great telephone. Excellent product, well constructed and ideal as an easy to use system for people who need a simplified experience! Well done Swissvoice.

We bought this for my elderly mother (99) who has macular degeneration, it was easy to set up and she is very happy with it. No gimmicks, it just does what it says on the tin!

Only gave it 4 stars as i hadn't noticed there was no display panel to see who is calling , quite important for me so a tad disappointed i hadn't checked b4 ordering. But am pleased that the hearing side of things works for my hubby. Its a nice solid phone, stays put on the desk and is very nice to look at.

Bought for my elderly father who struggled with a hands free set. Big buttons you can pre-program with important numbers, makes it very easy for him to use. He has dementia and you can even use photographs to help. One push automatic dialling (easy to set up) he managed with no problem at all. Also you can adjust the ring loudness and handset volume too, as hes hard of hearing. Really great product.

Bought for my increasingly deaf mother who struggles with a normal phone. She loves it. Loud and with big buttons she doesn’t need to put her glasses on to dial numbers. Perfect for that demographic.Phone is well made and looks like it will last. Pleased with this purchase.

Brought this for my dad. We haven’t programmed in the faces yet but the large numbers are helpful and easier for him to use!

Auf der Suche nach einem Telefon für eine extrem schwerhörige Tante, haben mich manche Rezensionen hier beinahe vom Kauf dieses Telefons abgehalten.Ich habe es dann doch gewagt und das Telefon bei meiner Tante installiert und mit ihr ausprobiert: Sie kann wieder mit dem schnurgebundenen Apparat telefonieren, was mit dem alten unmöglich war:* Ja - das Läuten ist nicht das lauteste, was ich bei vergleichbaren Apparaten gehört habe. Aber es ist laut genug einstellbar UND man kann die Tonhöhe verstellen. Meine Tante z.B. hört (mit ihren Hörgeräten) tiefere Töne besser. Was mir gleich laut vorgekommen ist, war für sie ein deutlicher Unterschied. Außerdem gibt es natürlich noch die optische Indikation des Läutens.* Die Möglichkeit des Freusprechens verweigert meine Tante zwar, aber bei meinen Schwiegereltern ist das der "Bringer" (sie benötigen auch permanent Hörgeräte, sind aber nicht ganz so beeinträchtigt, wie meine Tante). Vor allem können sie so gleichzeitig an einem Gespräch teilnehmen.* Die Hörerlautstärke ist ebenfalls einstellbar und auch sehr laut. Allerdings für meine Tante immer noch grenzwertig. Dafür gibt es aber noch eine "Turbo"-Taste mit einer extra Verstärkung, die meine Tante sofort lieben gelernt hat. Meine Schwiegereltern kommen problemlos ohne den Boost aus.* Die sechs Kurzwahltasten sind auch von allen sehr willkommen, sind damit doch praktisch alle ihre Standardgesprächspartner schnell zu erreichen - auch wenn der Anrufer schon etwas fahrig oder aufgeregt ist.Ich kann nur sagen, zwei Apparate gekauft und zweimal ins Schwarze getroffen.Wenn sie jetzt auch noch halten, wüsste ich keinen Grund, nicht alle Sterne zu vergeben.P.S. Ich habe statt Fotos bei allen Tasten eine gut leserliche Beschriftung angebracht. Tatsächlich sind alle trotz z.T. gröberer Sehbeeinträchtigung noch in der Lage, zu lesen. Gesichter in der Größe zu erkennen, fällt da schon deutlich schwerer ...

Produkten ok men uppenbart riktad till äldre. Låg maxvolym dock vilkrt gör att den kanske missar målet då äldre ej hör ringsignalen.

scelto per avere un volume alto adatto a persona con iniziali problemi di sordità si è rivelato perfetto. il volume su microtelefono e viva voce è regolabile (su cornetta in maniera permanente con un interruttore).utili i tasti con memoria diretta ma è difficile trovare foto delle dimensioni adatte: io ho rimediato inserendoci i nomi in caratteri grandi. anche aprire e chiudere la comunicazione con lo stesso tasto senza sollevare la cornetta aiuta molto per un anziano.la registrazione delle memorie risulta semplice. nell’insieme è funzionale anche perchè non richiede batterie o alimentazione esterna, forse manca un display ma probabilmente aumenterebbe eccessivamente le dimensioni.
