Here's a decent review of these chargers.
If you do your home work, On Amazon's site this product is identical to other products that look the same. Don't get me wrong, the product is an upgrade but the product name is different. Kinda like some car companies, who use "badge engineering" which means its the same only with a name change only.Now for the uses, I charged my smart phone, plus my laptop which were both drained of their battery power. I did this a couple times this week. Without recharging the charger.The product itself is not a cheesy Chinese workmanship.Its your standard charging equipment the comes with any device.The big question is did I jump start my car, no. Yet you get between 300 to 500 amps. Plenty to jump, but I would say if your car has more problems other than a jump start it won't hold up with more jump starts.(IMO).But the battery clamps are of good quality so I would feel comfortable doing a jump start. I still carry in my car a good set of battery jumper cables anyway.This purchase was for situations I saw from Hurricane Sandy 2012 of people standing in line to charge their phones.Now recharging was my only concern, It took nearly 12 hours for full recharge. But doing some research, you should charge this product every 3 months if not used.The carrying case is a decent quality for storage and use.Like a standard back pack.Remember this is my opinions, please research yourself. Its your hard earned money you're spending. And I'm happy with MY purchase.

Not sold.
I'm not sold on this. It has been great for charging my phone and a few jumpstarts it has worked well. When my motorcycle battery is totally dead, this thing won't push enough out to attempt to start it however. They did send me a "18000 mAh" battery even though I bought the "13600 mAh" battery. I highly doubt it has even 9000 mAh as it's at about 50 when I've only charged my phone about 5000 mAh.

Amazing, if I did not see it start the ...
Amazing, if I did not see it start the car we were taking after leaving the dome light on the night before causing a dead battery I would not have believed it, also charged our phones with the same charge on it, I brought 2 of them...oh yea he had it under his seat for over 6 months with the original charge on it
