My review of ArthroNew Advanced is buyer beware. I seem to remember the informational video on the product by Dr Franks claimed all natural ingredients, not true. I ordered 2 of these items (one for my wife & one for myself). After fourteen days of use my powdered container had about three days left while my wife's had enough for the suggested 30 day supply. I followed their instructions "One scoop (using the enclosed scoop dispenser) in 8 ounces of water once a day". Although only having a little over two weeks worth of the product not the thirty day supply is not what prompted me to give this review. I then noticed that each container of the powder form of the product had different ingredient labels, on one it read...."Orange Natural & Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid, Sucrose, Acesulfame Potassium, Resolver, FD&C Red #40 and FD&C Yellow #5" the other container had the following listed, "Erythritol, Natural Orange Juice Flavor, Carrot Juice Powder, Beet Juice Powder , Citric Acid, Rice Dextrin, Stevia Extract and Turmeric Root Extract". Notice how no mention of The Red #40, Yellow #5 or the ever so popular Acesulfame Potassium that is alwaysadded to any natural supplement.After a phone call to the company, PureCore Wellness (1-800-448-7442) I was told multiple times by different phone attendants that I must not have been using the item correctly. To which I corrected them on multiple times that both my wife and myself were using these 2 different items the exact amount with their enclosed scooper. They still had to get the final word on the use of the item by telling me it was not used properly (I gave up correcting them) and that they would ship out a new one month supply (two weeks later I'm still waiting for that delivery). Then when I questioned why would the same product have two different ingredient labels they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I then read off the different labelling of ingredients and I was told food coloring is added in a lot of things (great answer). When I asked about the claim of all natural ingredients I was told someone would get back to me, as with the replacement delivery I'm waiting for no one has called me or emailed me in regards to the ingredients of this product. They could not even answer the simple question.....which of the products has the correct labelling? or do they make two different versions of the product?In closing I was not expecting some silver bullet quick fix item. I'm aware of the claims of the major ingredients (if they are actually in the product) Vitamin D, Glucosamine, MSM, & Aloe Vera, but how a company can package the same item two different ways and not mention anything in their presentation video of some of the added ingredients is very questionable and comes across as a shady practice. I have been using this product for almost a month. I have been following the directions carefully. So far I feel no difference in my pain at all. I feel I have wasted a lot of time and money. If this is 100% guaranteed, how does one get their money back. I do not want to keep spending the monthly $40 to keep trying and see if it eventually works. I am familiar with natural remedies and know they take time. However, this product is very expensive for what it is and should have given me some positive result by now. I give the company'AnthroNew' five stars as they held up to their 100% guarantee and refunded my money. Thank you!

What is this stuff? I just took the wrap off of the jar and was met with an awful smell! After I unscrewed the lid I peeled back the seal, and there was the origin of the smell! It is so strong, it smells like a pesticide! I trashed the whole jar, and now my tongue is numb from that smell. No chance that stuff is going in my body! The rub seems ok, but nothing to brag on, so I consider the whole thing a total loss!

Links do not work in E-Mail I received from Pure Core Wellness. I will continue protocol, however. To date, I have seen no improvement in either pain or stiffness in fingers or thumb of right hand. Not impressed so far. I get more relief from VOLTAREN GEL (AN RX) on my back and a ROLL-ON, STOPAIN which contains 8% Menthol on other joints.

I have been using your products for about a month. I saw a small difference in the pain the first time I used the product.I have continued to use the products and has seen a big improvement, my pain is a lot less. I haven't missed any days off from work due to intense pain before I started using your products. Thanks for giving me some relief. I have 3 herniated discs in my back. I thought after 30 days would be long enough to see some improvement--alas, no noticeable change on soreness, swelling, and mobility. It may need a penetrating agent. It does not seem to get down where the problem is for me..

I noticed no improvement in using your 3 separate applications products. I don't think it really works for my arthritis in both legs so I will not be ordering any additional products of yours. Sorry..
