Makes my docking extremely easy
I cannot emphasize enough how much easier these dock lines have made my boating. I chose the 4' length because it prevents the boat from moving any further forward than the predetermined length. Turns out, 4' is just the right amount to keep my trolling motor away from the actual dock. This eliminates the daily hassle of trying to get the length right on a very long rope.There are also other obvious benefits. Instead of having to wrap a cleat heavily, i can quickly get my rope onto the cleat. Makes the whole process much easier when boating solo.I had these dock lines in the rain and sun since I have gotten them and they haven't lost any elasticity or strength so far. They are very durable from what I have experienced so far.

One less thing to worry about
I go through lots of dock lines having a boat on a manmade lake in the high desert. We get hit with extreme winds and unrelenting sun and heat. These lines have held up for a while now. They suffer from a bit of color change due to the sun bearing down on them all day, everyday, but the elastic has held up within the lines and the nylon weave appears to be just as strong as day one with little to no fray.

Good for smaller boats
Great to tie off a Seadoo or smaller boat. Anything bigger and the rope starts to fray overtime.

ripped in a few days of use and would not recommend. Was about to loose my seadoo for these cheap lines
