Great for biking or everyday use!
I bought these shorts for mountain biking... but then realized they are also great as everyday use shorts. I didn't buy the padding as i am not a big pad fan. Biking the shorts worked great!! and in Houston, where it is always hot, they were very cool and had just the right amount of bagginess. I bought 3 more pairs as i liked them so much. I bought the US XL size and my waist is from 35 to 37 depending on where I have been eating at lately. ha! Buy some!

Cycling shorts that look pretty good
Size is pretty exact. The padded shorts are very comfy and give good saddle relief. The short construction is good, the zippers are pretty cheap.

Fabulous shorts! Bought them for the Seattle to Portland Double Century ride and wore them on the second day -- when the shorts really needed to perform. And they did. And I didn't look like a stupid dork wearing the tight lycra shorts -- men over about 35 should never wear those shorts.

Excessive shrinking even with cold water washing and air drying.
This brand has a quality control issue, their sizing is incorrect and the material overly shrinks. I always wash in cold water and air dry my clothing. I have been buying mountain bike apparel for 20 years and never had a problem with clothing as I had with these. I will not buy the Bonglata brand ever.

These shorts are stylish, made of comfortable material, seem to be durable but have a high waist and are snug around the buttocks. I am 6 feet tall at 185 lbs and a large size pair of shorts usually fits perfectly. These shorts, however, are tight around the buttocks and upper thigh and the waistband has a tendency to settle above my waist. I like the color patterns as well.
