Great Fit!
Honestly, I was a be skeptical when ordering but happy I did. It does give very good support when exercising. It was real comfortable to wear. As far as giving me a more slimmer look, it was subtle but noticeable. I recommend.

Tight, but does the job
I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never bought a compression shirt before. I am 5-9 (175 cm) and 225 pounds (102 kg). Following the recommendation from the manufacturer and other reviewers, I went with the XXL size. It was tighter than I expected it to be, but I've worn it a couple of times for workouts, and it does a good job with sweat absorption, and you get used to the fit. It can be difficult to take off, especially when it's wet, but if you roll it up from your waistline to your armpits, it will be easier to disrobe.

Buy Your Normal Size
The shirt is well made and responds as expected. There are conflicting reviews as to if one should but their regular size, or size up or down.My guess is you'll be best off with getting your normal size. I first tried a size up, because guys said it was too small, but sizing up was too loose. Sizing down may have worked but it was uncomfortably tight.I ended up wearing my usual size, which is an XL. I am 6' 2 and weight 220.My impression is that guys who say their 'usual' size is too tight are probably already wearing clothes that are too small. How many times have you seen guys that are a bit heavy wearing shirts that are already skin tight, or that do not button properly, or in the gym that are squeezing them into another shape. So if the shirt you "usually" wear is already skin tight, buying this in the same size will probably be too tight to put on.Whatever your normal size is or "should be" is the size you will feel comfortable wearing. If you do not have an excessively large gut or if you are not super built muscularly, your normal size should be fine.If you have a 7 months pregnant looking abdomen you should size up - or expect to need help getting this thing on and off. Women don't dig having to help their man getting into and out of their clothes...If you are trim - if your gut does not stick out much further than your chest, size down.Keep in mind it's not a corset - it's a compression shirt and no matter how tightly it fits, you are still going to bulge - there is only so much space in your body to push things around. And this shirt is designed to stretch - a lot - so if you don't want a shirt that will stretch, this is not for you.If you think any size is going to make you look trim I'd say to save your money. It will make you look uniform, but not trim.If you want to keep your torso from bouncing or moving around and if want a more unifom appearance to your shape, knowing you will still look big, then this can work for you. It's great for wearing under your clothes when walking or hiking, bowling, horseback riding - for that, it is ideal. If you are getting it for the reason I did, which is to wear following an injury to my torso, then it will work just fine, sized as noted.

Good solidly made compression shirt. Has sizing issue.
The advice about buying a size down is good for the belly area compression. Mid chest and higher I would say stick to normal size. The reason is the cut on these shirts of the arm holes. It did not fit like in the model pic. The holes go way to far down and because of that give very little support or compression in the upper chest. When you buy a size down like I did, the upper chest tends to get pushed out of the arm holes if the slightest bit out of shape. I would suggest a redesign to close the arm holes up a bit. Would I buy again.. Yes for general wear, it feels nice. For the intended compression - No. The gap at the top is just too much.

This is literally just a waste of money!!!
If u know what a compression top feels like and what it does, u will be greatly disappointed with this product. There is literall NO compression whatsoever, it has no slimming effect n definitely is not a body shaper. Its a tank top made out of 80% nylon and 20% spandex. I'm a slim guy with a little body fat and if it doesn't do anything for me I can only imagine the dilemma for someone substantially larger than me. For me....this is a huge FAIL!

Snug and comfortable!
I really like this! I wear it under my dress clothes and it makes me look much more toned (which stops comments from my in-laws)

Not what I’d hoped it would be.
Usually wear US men’s size 4xlt but mostly because I prefer a loose fit. I ordered this compression tank top in 2XL and it fits like a somewhat snug tank top. I probably should have ordered an XL. I am not experiencing any visible slimming or compression when wearing this. That said it is comfortable but turned out to be an expensive snug tank top. Not sure how to rank fit. Technically it does fit and it’s comfortable. It just is not slimming like I expected.
