Excellent
These baby proof safety latches are underrated! Very clever simple easy application and biggest important feature for us is the flexibility of turning these latches On or Off! We are grandparents and do babysit couple times or more each week but rest of days would be a hassle and inconvenient to have permanent On latches on our 19 cabinet doors! One tiny point is that the latching arms straight out of the box are quite stiff and did not rotate freely without my using an initial quarter twist using a small pair of pliers (and protective paper napkin). That's it, apply and good to go! I am very pleased.

Breaks easily
The media could not be loaded. Seemed like good quality but so far four of the latches have broken on us. This one pictured/videos here is about to break. The plastic can only handle being pushed to unlock so many times I guess. I firThe stick for the latches is 3m and is doing a great job sticking, very hard to get off though so it is difficult to replace the broken latches. If the latches didn’t break so easily I would recommend the product for ease of installation and use. But it’s frustrating that four going on five have broken within four months of installing

Easy to install, durable, and hard for kids to get into
So- first thing you need to know is to pay attention to where you place the latch! keep it close to the outside of the drawer or cabinet door so that you have maximum ease of access. This is a short latch and so it's essential you place it well or you will find yourself struggling a bit to get them open. That being said- everything about these is fantastic!! Shorter length latch means even less space for a kiddo to reach in and open it. The amount of pressure required to open it is made more difficult for the child combined with the length of the latch. Brilliant! There is the feature of being able to unlock the locks if you need to. I couldn't fathom why I would, but now that she's broken her leg and can't walk around on it for 4 weeks, I can unlock them all and rid myself of the tiny inconvenience that all latches are. These are not what I was originally looking for, and they cost a bit more, but are totally worth it! Once baby girl has figured out how to open the longer latches we first installed, I will be ordering more of these to replace them!As for anyone saying they don't stick... that's malarkey...I installed mine, pressed down and held them tight for a little while and left them unlocked for a day or two before putting any pressure on them. There has been zero issue. Obviously, the place you're sticking them needs to be clean and clear of any oils, etc. I don't know what else would cause these to come off. lol

Amazing alternative to screw mounting locks!
Having a now 1-year old in the house, I dragged my feet on installing cabinet locks because the process was always so annoying. You'd have to somehow get comfortable enough to sit (or in my case, lay down) and screw the lock hardware to the cabinet doors/frames. It takes forever, is uncomfortable, and makes your cabinets looks like crap when you remove the locks. Other adhesive cabinet locks don't tend to adhere well enough, or dry out and fall off. NOT WITH THESE! These adhered strong upon first installation, and after letting them sit for an hour, they were ever STRONGER! I'm not saying they are the world's strongest, but they stand up to me constantly forgetting the locks are installed and yanking on the door like a maniac. They also have a neat feature for twisting the hook on the hardware around so that it doesn't contact the latch, essentially leaving the cabinet door "unlocked". It's nice when I know I'm going to be in and out of the cabinets often. They even come with mounting screw, for the event you decide you want to screw them to the cabinet anyways. 10/10 with these things! I plan on ordering more soon!

Good and bad
I’ve gone through so many of these childproofing cabinet locks. They’re very easy to use and instal but they break often. The lock is so stiff when you first put it on causing it to be very hard to unlock. After a few uses they become very weak and start to break. On the other side, The 3m stick is extremely sticky and definitely toddler proof. It’s very hard to get the 3m stick off the cabinet. Eventually we switched to magnet locks

Stems are too short, plastic is cheap, adhesive film won't come off. Don't buy these!
The instructions are good and the idea is good--you can use adhesive with self-aligning door latches to keep your cabinet doors from being opened by children and other pets. That's the end of the good part. Here's the bad:1. The stems are too short. I couldn't pull the door open very far, so I had to jam my finger in the gap just to push down on the stem close to the base. And doing that caused the stem to be permanently bent.2. The plastic is cheap. When I pushed down on the stem, not only did the stem stay bent, there was a hairline crack, too.3. The adhesive film wouldn't come off without taking some of the adhesive material with it. See the photo. WTH?I know other people gave this product high ratings, but my experience with it was one-star all the way. I recommend trying almost anything else.

Perfect for apartment living
Loves these for cabinets and drawers in my apartment! No screws and super easy to install! A couple are coming loose but they have been frequently opened and closed for about a year now. Also love that you can switch it to being unlocked. A warning though is that when used, the cabinet or drawers stay a teeny bit open.

These DO NOT work on drawers with european style cabinets
Be aware if you have European style cabinets with no face frame these latches will not work.

Not great for drawers
Very easy to install and works great. The only issue (as some reviewers have identified) is that it doesn’t work great on some drawers (there may be quite a large gap left when the drawer is shut)
