Plagiarism of Outdated Formulas and Information
This book is a brazen copy of a book published in 1961, by author Robert W. Kent, How to Get Rich in Real Estate. What's worse, Marco Devor, author of this book regurgitates some true stories that Robert Kent wrote and inserts himself into the stories as if they happened to him personally. So Mr. Devor is a liar as well as a plagiarist.Ironically, Robert W. Kent's book is for sale on Amazon. On a substantive basis, the content of both books is outdated. Mr. Kent provided a formula for analyzing the desirability of a property for investment purposes based on gross rents. That no longer works. You need to look a net operating income (NOI). The other factor that no longer applies is price. In the early 1960's, you could buy a tri-level building divided into 3 apartments for approximately $25,000 to $40,000 per suite. That made carrying and positive cash flow feasible. Today, you might pay $500,000 for a triplex. That's approximately $175,000 per suite. Also realty taxes are a lot higher. So are utilities. Therefore a triplex today would probably not break even, let alone produce positive cash flow.So this book gives you stolen material, lies, and outdated and incorrect information. Don't waste your money or your time on it. It will mislead you in how real estate investing works.

This book seems like it is a Cut and Paste Book
This book seems like it is a Cut and Paste Book. References to the 1930's and then back to present day. Nothing in here is really going to make you rich. Basically it says to buy real estate and rent it out for a long time and over time you will become a millionaire.A lot of the words seem like the author used a thesaurus to avoid copyright infringement. Waste of money.

Hack!
Nothing new in this book - it's the same old tired investment advice all investors give. Whats worse, I bought this book thinking it was part of the "Millionaire Fastlane" written by MJ DeMarco. It is not. With an author name like Marco Devor, it's leading me to believe they are just another opportunist trying to cash in on the success of Millionaire Fastlane.I feel like a sucker for falling for it...
