I like a product that does what it says its going to do. I also like being able to replace consumable parts without a lot of thought, study, or retaining of and searching for instruction booklets. I was able to pop this piece right into our machine with little effort. However, in the future, I will definitely wear latex gloves during the exchange. This ribbon makes a crisp, clean, legible stamp every time, and they last years in our office at 30 stamps a day.
