Lot of milk solids residue
I see lot of milk solids (25%) that means you ghee will not be crystal clear when you melt. I buy a2 ghee for diyas and I was disappointed with the quality. The money savings you do is not worth it if customers don’t come back to you.For people who don’t know what it is, butter is melted by separating milk solids. It looks like these people don’t melt fully thereby leaving milk solids in the end and some bottles are of bad quality. And both my bottles are bad quality.
