FAULTY MODELS! Be careful! UPDATE!
I recieved my Innogie c8 today in the mail and was very excited to use it! I read the manual and plugged it in for 5 hours as directed in the manual to fully charge the battery. I came back to finally charge my phone and I plugged my USB port in and there was no signal to my phone. There's wasn't even a "this connection isn't recognized" message on my phone like others were recieving. I plugged it back, thinking I needed to charge more and the lights never even came on... UPDATE: they sent me a new one and worked perfectly! Thank you!

... Day - I had been saying I needed a better powerbank, as they are totally invaluable for travel
I got this discounted from Prime Day - I had been saying I needed a better powerbank, as they are totally invaluable for travel, and I have mostly cheapo ones. This definitely does feel like it's not cheapo - it feels sturdy, and importantly, it does appear to have about twice as much juice on a charge as the more typical sort. (It's about twice as *heavy*, but only a tiny bit *bigger*, which is the important thing - it's still completely pocketable.)Only complaint is, I had hoped it would have a proper display of how much juice was left, which is surprisingly rare a feature, and very useful. It does technically have one, but it only displays one of three modes: "almost full", "almost empty", or "literally anything in between", plus you have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to display, rather than having a button, so that's sort of awkward.Still, not remotely bad for the price (obviously even better for the price I got it at for prime day.)

Good
I've had this for about 3 months now I think and havent had any problems. Plug into the charger and it lights up and then plug into your phone and it charges, very simple. It holds a good amount for a very long time (itll last maybe a month off a full charge if you havent used it but your phone might not reach 100%). It's a good size and weight, I keep it in my backpack for when I'm at school. Only downside would be the cord they give you to charge the charger (it's very short). Just follow the directions and it is very easy to use

Small but super fast
It charges probably as fast if not faster than a direct wall plug charger, which is really amazing and useful, especially for an android phone that really eats up battery when the location, GPS, data, etc are all on, or if a battery-consuming game is in process. This charger can charge my phone to almost 100% in one charge, and that is what I expected given the capacity. I am not entire sure yet but I might be starting to see a slight decrease in the total charge held in the charger, after frequent (once a day) use in a few weeks. I haven't carefully monitored it yet. I might come back in a few weeks if for example, it only charges to 50%.

So far so good.
Only 4 stars from now. Will have to see how longevity turns out. But on my first battery charge I was able to charge a totally dead iwatch and my iPhone 7 three times from about 30% to 100%. I'd been putting getting on of these but so glad I got one for my travels. It's great to not have to worry about battery life in a foreign country.

Works well most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't ...
Works well most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't sense when something is plugged in, and therefore doesn't charge it. So far, I have only had to un-plug/plug the cord in a second time for it to recognize it and start charging.

which is good. It took 3
It works but it's inconsistent. There are times it is able to charge 1% every 3-4 mins and other times, it charges slower or not at all. In order to charge my galaxy s3 at1% every 3-4 mins, I have to clean out the apps and junk in my phone first. Otherwise, it is slower at charging. It was able to charge my phone and ipod touch 4g with a bit of charge left, which is good. It took 3.5 hours to recharge the external battery, so not bad. It doesn't heat up either but gets cold sometimes, especially during this winter time. Overall, it's not bad. The fact that it's inconsistent made me disappointed but it can usual charge my device at least.

Fantastic product
This thing charges my iPhone 7+ for 1 and 3/4 complete charges. The item does take a good long while to recharge for use but it's compact, easy to use, and surprisingly well made. Again, the best part is the quality and duration. But the only negative is the time it takes to refresh for use. From what I can tell from my wife's bigger and bulkier product that this is normal anyway. I will be buying another one very soon.
