Pedocan Hoof Oil 1000 ml

I found out about this product from an Austrian dressage trainer who used it in Europe and claimed Pedocan was the best in protecting the hoof from drying out. In the western USA, horse hooves can dry out a lot and this keeps the chipping and cracking way down if applied at least once a week. I use the oil version more now because the paste version of this product isn't as easy to apply quickly unless the temperature is above 80 deg F. The oil applies better in climates 50-80 deg F. I pour the oil into an old container of another brand of hoof ointment that has a brush built into the lid. Then brushing on is quick and easy. Too bad they don't sell it with a brush in the lid, but the work around is not that big a deal.

All in one for healthy frog and hoof wall, great value on this large tub, it will last me a long time.I apply it wearing latex gloves, it doesn't smell too great and is messy. Most hoof oils are messy so this is worth it for me. I could not find the ingredients when I bought it so I took a pic of the label for anyone else who might like to know what's in it,and how to use it.

Not the product pictured above. The one I revived was the liquid one. Not the solid form you use with a brush. It will still get the job done but annoyed.

Worked well for my horses.
