I love this cage. Easy to assemble and lots of room.

We bought this for our 2 squirrels. My 15 year old son and I assembled it (since my husband was at work) and it was super easy!!! The wheels were hard to push in, but otherwise everything else was easy! There was a bar broken but the box was damaged so I'm assuming it was smashed in shipping 🥺 we took some wire and wired it up. The tray slides out easy, the cage itself is sturdy enough, I didn't use the drinking bottle it came with because I had already bought a good one but it's nice to have as a spare. Very happy with it so far! Hoping it works well for years to come. Would definitely recommend for squirrels! Also, our squirrels are about 11 weeks old 😉 so they aren't really big and the spacing between bars is perfect for small critters!

very big and has a lot of space, worth the money

This cage is perfect for my two pet rats. It's not that much more money than a tiny cage but it improved my rat babies life exponentially. The bottom is made with bars that I was worried about for my smallest rat so I put a piece of food grade bpa free shelf liner across the bottom and periodically flip it over/ replace it when it gets dirty. My bigger rats actually stayed in it during a vacation and it didn't need the shelf liner, I just put a bunch of blankets to make it more comfortable. It is important to keep it clean with spot cleaning because you don't want you pet running through their messes but it's super easy to have a few baby wipes on hand to get the little droppings. It is perfect for my two rats but 3 can fit just fine. If they like burrowing in bedding, you can put a little box of bedding in it on the bottom floor but there is no tray for bedding. I've put it together and pulled it apart multiple times and it's still in good shape.

I have now purchased 2 of these. They are a great size. Lightweight enough to move around and clean.

This cage is awesome. For my situation I had to do some altering.... Didn't know id only be able to find baby rats for my daughter's bday present. My husband and I put it together in a timely manner and then had to wrap the outside in hardware mesh and zipe ties😆😆😆😆it looks ok but maybe we won't need it when they are full grown? Would have been perfect if we could have gotten bigger rats lol . Came well packaged no damage.

Our ferret was with us for several years and was still spry and healthy, but this cage ended that. We used to call him a monkey because of his great climbing skills- he was never, ever prone to slipping or falling. However, he fell from the top shelf in this cage and hurt himself. There was a bulge at the top of his spine, just under his head and a bit of blood in his ears. He was completely limp and unresponsive, waking up only briefly before dying on the way to the emergency vet. So no, I absolutely do NOT recommend this cage for ferrets.As for the general use of the cage itself, putting it together wasn't an issue. However, the tray doesn't really work for a ferret, and once they decide to poop in just the wrong spot in the corner, cleaning it completely is almost impossible.

I want to start off with I bought this for 3 male rabbits and that's what my rating are going for.It was super easy for my husband to put together. 5/5Cleaning:The bottom part comes out for easy cleaning BUT it is hard to clean the platforms and ramps. My rabbits would play and throw their poop everywhere. They would poop as they played and it would get all over the platforms and my floors, so it was a nightmare!Sturdiness:The outside is super sturdy and it's on wheels so that helps a lot. Again the platforms and ramps are not. The ramps would fall like crazy, and they would fall with my rabbits on them.I like this cage and wish it would have worked with my rabbits. I traded cages with my friend who had ferrets and it worked out wonderfully. They use the bottom to potty.
