We received this on October 3, 2019. We were unable to get it to work properly to set the date and time. We thought it was ok to live with that. Now it is no longer inflating the cuff fully, and then turns off. We can no longer take a blood pressure. We have emailed the manufacturer, and have received no response. We cannot find any info to contact the person that we ordered through. If we receive a response to replace this or refund our money, we will update our review. Otherwise, we would not recommend.Update: we heard from the manufacturer and were given better instructions for setting the date and time. We were able to do that. They offered to replace or refund our money. We chose the refund, since we had the problems so soon after using this monitor. They refunded our money promptly after hearing our choice. Changed my rating, due to their response.

Just follow the enclosed instruction and it should be ready to use in 3-5 minutes. It can be powered up by alkaline batteries as well as AC outlet. Also support blood pressure record for two persons so one monitor can actually be shared by two persons. I got this monitor about a week and use it twice/day everyday. Comparing the read-out from my another Omron wrist blood pressure monitor, they are close enough so I assume it's accurate.

The overall dimensions of the product make it easy to use and transport but I must mention that the readings from the machine are pretty inaccurate. Every reading I’ve done with this ting has been off by a few. I bought it for my mom thinking she could use it to check her BP every morning, but I’ve compared the machine to my manual version and it’s been off by a few everytime. It is really easy to use but not accurate so 2/5 since the entire point of it is to get quick accurate results. The thing even came with a Quality Assurance stamp, even though it’s not accurate.

Product was easy to set up and gave a clear and consistent reading right out of the box. Just make sure the arm cuff is applied exactly like the picture in the instructions. I especially like that it works either with batteries or with the included cord.

This product was easy to use. I gave it 4 stars on accuracy because I had no way of checking how accurate it actually is. Maybe I will take it to my next doc appointment to see how it compares. Great price for a great product. It can be operated with battery or with usb power from outlet which I love. Arm band is easy to put on and remove.

I have used the monitor a few times and seem to be getting accurate readings. I like that the screen is large enough that even my parents, who have partial visual impairments, can view their results. Another plus is that the monitor can be used with 4 AAA batteries( not included) or a USB plug in. Pretty nifty!

Good quality, easy to operate, as described by the seller. I tried it for my family and I feel very accurate. I don't need to go out to the pharmacy to measure my blood pressure anymore. I can test at home and use it easily.

The blood pressure monitor is very easy to use. I bought this for my parents. After it was delivered, my dad tried to use it. It was very convenient and easy to use due to its size. Overall I like this one with the decent price.
