Very good mustard
I’m a big fan of this mustard. It’s nice and hot And doesn’t taste sour. When the stores were out I got this and the price was fair. I do prefer the small glass jars because they fit better in the fridge and I like using a knife in the mustard rather than squeezing it out.

Husband loves this mustard.Below is recipe for Hawaii style Chinese Mustard (modify amount of ingredients to your taste)1/4 bottle Colman's Mustard1 tbsp Shoyu2 tsp hot dog mustard1/4 tsp sugarstir till sugar is dissolved, adjust to taste (drops of hot sauce, hot chili oil, tabasco sauce)put in squeeze bottle, refrigerateadd small amount of water to thinEnjoy

Good but definitely strong!
It’s like a very strong combo of Dijon & hot mustard! Don’t need to put as much of it on a sandwich as regular or even regular Dijon mustard, as the horseradish kick will clean out your sinuses. Good though!
