Lightweight, Comfortable, waterproof - does the job !
I’ve been looking for a lightweight waterproof jacket to wear over a suit during the rainy days to work.Been looking at several jackets for around 3months and decided to purchase one of these. First day it arrived it rained so perfect to try out.I wore over a suit and it didn’t disappoint,I can get sweaty when layered up by was fine.So far so good !!Might have to get another one

Waterproof but sweaty
This is a pretty decent waterproof, but hideously unflattering and gets sweaty when going up hills/walking fast etc as it's not breathable - I just don't wear too many layers and go for hat/buff instead. It's better than other more expensive brands I have in terms of keeping me dry when walking the dogs, but the cut is quite shapeless and sizes are huge. I got a small (I'm about a UK 12), this was the smallest size offered when I ordered but I now see there is an XS available. My Mum is wanting one as a cheap waterproof, she's more like a size 16 and the small that I have fits her so definitely go down a size. All this aside, for a cheap waterproof for walking the dogs in Wales where rain is pretty much a given for 50% of the year you can't really go wrong, just layer appropriately and don't expect it to be flattering!

Good for the cheap price
Basic cheap rain jacket. It won't win any fashion contests, being purely functional, not good looking. It also arrived quite creased, which is probably unavoidable. The peak on the hood is a bit disappointing—it's just the same thin, floppy material as the rest of the hood, so flops down over your forehead, instead of being stiff and jutting out.I cut off and removed the long drawstrings that dangled from the front at the bottom, as there isn't much point to them - I wouldn't want to pull the coat tight around my hips.Regarding fit, I heeded the advice in a couple of comments and bought below my usual size. I'm 5'11, not particularly broad shouldered but with a bit of a belly. I went for medium and that was definitely the right choice, as large would be too roomy with over-long sleeves. If you want something for lone rustic walks in the rain, this'll do fine. Not sure if I'd want to wear it to work and be seen in it, though!

Lives up to the claims
I've tried all sorts of wet weather gear. Totally fed up with nothing working, not comfortable, ripping when you bend down etc. As soon as I tried these on I knew it would be great. Got the bib trousers too. So impressed I've purchased a second set

Excellent coat.
Very comfortable and seems to be fully waterproof, unlike a much more expensive one I bought last year that tore on a tree branch. This is is much thicker material and feels better made. Very happy.
