UNIONBAYMen's Cordova Belted Messenger Cargo Short - Reg and Big and Tall Sizes

My husband loves these shorts so much that he now owns 5 pairs in different colors! They are true to size, durable and have as many pockets as one could ever need. He says they are very comfortable and he loves the length of them as they go well below his knees. They are a nice light material, not too heavy. Perfect for Florida summers. They even come with a belt! I’m sure we’ll be purchasing other colors in the future.

My hubs love these shorts and the price! Good quality, color and fit well! They are longer than reg shorts but that’s what he wanted due to being tall! He is 6’3”!Very stylish and nice look for 50 yr old!They were on sale also!

I've been wearing Union Bay cargo shorts forever, these felt a little less sturdy than my older ones, but still have a great fit and style to them.

These Unionbay messenger cargo shorts are extremely comfortable.After using for many years, they will eventually start to fade from the sun, which is why I always have a backup pair (one for home, and one for going out).I use the ones at home 99.9% of the time and only use the other ones for going out. The included belt is a little cheap "D ring" style belt and is a bit poor quality - but I always use another higher quality belt instead.Fits great, looks great, and best of all, extremely comfortable.

LOVE these shorts despite the fact that I am pretty sure I had an almost identical pair which were considered to be in style about 2 decades ago... I consider these shorts "uber-cargo" shorts, as they have extra, outer pockets on the main cargo pockets to hold more, smaller things & they have what can really only be described as cavernous storage areas in all of the other pockets on them. I like that they are long but not baggy- it makes them versatile as I can wear them at 60* (or less) outside to walk my dog in the morning without being cold, but then I can wear them later in the day once its 80 + degrees outside & not feel too hot. They are long to be sure, but they are cut slimmer than you'd expect for that length & the pull-ties on the bottom hems allows you to sinch them in to look even tighter-fitting should you wish. My wife is going to demand I buy a few more pairs of them, as they have such ample storage capacity that I've worn them a bunch already- with all their huge pockets, I am able to leave my briefcase/man-purse at home more often now when I wear them, as I am usually able to carry everything I need when I go out in my pockets & hence don't always require a bag when leaving the office or house anymore. An added bonus is that because they were obviously designed with the intent to provide a large amount of cargo space, they do not appear bulky or otherwise "lumpy" looking when walking around with filled pockets- which is something that other shorts (cargo or not) usually tend to do if you fill your pockets up. I love them & will be purchasing additional pairs for sure.

i dont care for the belt that comes with the shorts, the belt is fine if you like that kind of belt but i prefer a high quality black leather belt with all my pants/shorts. the one improvement that could be made is to add 2 more belt loops around the waist for better support, that said, if you want a longer (below the knees ) pair of shorts that are comfortable and look great, then these are the ones. UNION BAY has always had good looking clothing. i got 8 pair in assorted colors. they are sold out of the very cool looking "pineapple" design in my size (38) though, really wanted those. overall, good style, good fit, true to size, washes well.

I've been buying unionbay clothes for a while now, as a man with unnaturally large hips and thighs I have a hard time finding a good pair of pants or shorts. Unionbay has great clothing at a decent price when you're a 300lb person. I did buy a size smaller than I normally would because I've lost weight, and it is tight in the hips but otherwise these shorts are pretty great. Nice pockets, good material- very lightweight- and comes with a good belt too. Length is right where I was aiming for. 4 stars only because the zipper of this one at least is constantly getting stuck on itself, but it might just be an issue with the fact it's a *bit* tighter than I was hoping due to buying a different size than normal. I do suggest adding 2" for us bigger guys when looking at your measurements before buying Union Bay, these are not stretchy material.UPDATE: So, I've only had these like 2 months and have had to throw them out. The fabric isnt very strong, so pulling a bit too hard on belt loops would rip seams. A few weeks ago the crotch ripped out while I was at work. Sad, I enjoyed these while I had them. Maybe a bit too expensive for such short lasting cargo shorts.

These are by far my favorite pair of shorts! So much so that I've bought several over the years. The material is absolutely perfect in terms of thickness, stretch ability, and overall comfort. The color selection is great. The zipper quality is outstanding. They have plenty of pockets to keep everything that I carry close at hand. Bonus... they come with a belt (not the fanciest, but it works). These are some durable shorts and have held up extremely well considering all that I've put them through. All in all, a great value and an awesome pair of shorts 👍
