Beautiful piece, decent quality for the money. Carvings are some sort of foam material, not wood.

Bed is not soundly secure. LEDs underneath are fragile. We ordered a replacement but decided to decline after box appeared damaged. So we want to also return the original bed. Although very pretty, just not quality product.

We bought this bed to go with our current dark cherry furniture from Weirs furniture in Dallas, Texas. After reading reviews that some found it flimsy and cheap, I was a little wary. But now I cannot imagine why they thought is was cheap, unless they failed to assemble it properly. The slats are reinforced with stabilizing "legs", and the bed is extremely sturdy and stable. It matches our furniture beautifully, and we could not be happier with this purchase.

Furniture isn't made all that well, and the color is almost black, not cherry color like in the photo online. Customer support from Furniture of America was very good except for figuring out at first how and when the stuff was arriving. I will keep the bed rather than go through the hassle of sending it back. It looks very nice at any rate.

Loved the bed however the wooden foundation completely broke in two weeks had to replace it with a new foundation from another company.

Bought the entire bedroom set, Looks amazing but is not even real wood and if it is it has to be of the cheapest of quality money can buy. Like i said it looks amazing but if your looking for a more solid set i would spend the extra money. The top of the night stand started wearing after 6 months and if you happen to spill cologne or perfume or oils of any kind on the finish, itis ruined completely.

The worse quality no good the pieces the supost to hold the mattress keep falling off

Color is much darker than the depicted one. It hides the wonderful detail of the wood. Why would someone use this dark stain? A lighter stain would show much more of the beautiful detail on the head and foot boards.
