My only caveat to this otherwise very useful book is the fact that it did not cover Jan Dahl and that I still do not understand the byzantine method of numbering used by TRC company to number or mark their pieces. However, since I collect Christian Thomsen fauns, it's worked more than well!

The condition of the book is better than I expected but the contain is not. I bought it because I wanted to check for the collections that I have, but it turns out that it has a lot of animal ones but not enough of the humans. So, I either bought a wrong book or the I had a wrong expectation.

Wonderfully illustrated and very thorough, but difficult to follow. There was more information about each piece and the history of it than I ever expected. Only complaint is that the information is broken up in different tables in the front and in the back; ButI learned a lot about figurines and the history of Royal Copenhagen from this informative book.

The book has great pictures of most of the common R.C. figurines. The description is informative and practical, the author's rating of the value is appropriate. This is a must have for all R.C. collectors.

This is a very nicely illustrated book with a great deal of useful information for the beginning collector, for example, how to date a piece of Royal Copenhagen porcelain by its mark, and how to tell a factory second. An informative synopsis for each piece mention is quite illuminating and informative.

My new (used) book arrived in perfect condition. It is exactly the reference book I needed. I know that I will get a lot of use out of it.

It was a bargain and it came quickly and it was in fine condition. I am perfectly happy with this purchase.

I have a few Royal Denmark dogs and wanted to know how old they were. This book is fascinating and gave me all the history of the various artists who had modelled and painted them. It also gave very clear guidance as to how to date the figures.
