It has a light pleasant aroma and the spray bottle is gentle to use. We usually spray around door frames especially the bedrooms as my daughter has a spider phobia. I do not like killing them so this is an excellent deterrent. It does not smell at all of insectizide

I’ve not had this product long enough to say if it works or not but I’m writing this review regarding the packaging. Ok so it’s only a trivial issue BUT I purchased this spray because I’m scared of spiders (like many other customers I would imagine) and I just hate the fact that there is a big picture of a spider on the bottle! I genuinely had to cut it out and throw it away as I didn’t want to look at it.I think the wording is enough to get across what this product is without the need for a big picture of a real spider on a product aimed atop people who really don’t like them!

Seems to be effective when applied, but the effect wears off quickly so unless you're spraying it every day it's not that useful. Smells strongly of mint which is either good or bad depending on how much you like feeling like your living inside a pack of Polo's.

It keeps the large black ones out of my houseBut you have to spray about 3 times a week in September and October when the males are out on the prowl

No effect whatsoever. Having cleared my windows and doors of spiders and their webs, I liberally sprayed this stuff around the frames, inside and out. The following day, the spiders were back…..as many as ever.If I didn’t know better (and maybe I don’t) I’d say that the spiders actually like this spray. Utter waste of money.

Keeps spiders out. But you have to keep putting it on regularly.
