I love these boots. They are so easy to put on and they stay on. Great for my horse who doesn't wear or need shoes. These are perfect for our mountain trails. They keep her hooves protected from the pebbles. Easy on. Easy off. Nice and sturdy too. They are made to last. My mare is 1100 lbs, Quarter/Andalusian. I got her a perfect fitting size 4I recommend these trail boots!

We've been using these boots for several months now. We bought them for the front hooves of both of our horses. Turns out, their hooves are all size 5's. That makes it easy to get the right boot on the right hoof -- as in it doesn't matter. One of the boots kept turning 90 degrees. We marked it so we could tell it from the rest and now we take extra care installing that boot. Hasn't turned since we started doing that. I guess we are getting better at putting the rest of them on, as well. One critical note, have your camera around when you first put boots on your horse. Especially if they've never worn boots before. The horses will walk around like a cat with scotch tape on its paws for about a minute. It's hilarious. They get used to the boots almost immediately, but for that first 60 seconds....It's hard to tell, since you can't ask them, but they seem to like the boots. Especially on rocks.

Did not last long. One side panel came off and was lost. Returned boot.

While at the ranch, I was galloping up a hill when I noticed my mare was limping. Looking down I saw one boot was gone. Getting off her, I walked down and found her boot. The Velcro closure should be longer; plus the Velcro beneath that, is inadequate to ensure the boots will stay on. I don't understand how this company couldn't foresee this problem.

Our mare has worn these for long stretches of time (at a walk, stand) and has had no rubbing or issues. They have not shifted or come off. We added ice studs for traction and I am very pleased. They fit her really well.

Good quality. Durability remains to be seen. Easy to use. Horses adjusted quickly.
