After reading other reviews, I was happily surprised at the size of the bottles and the fact that you can see the colors through the bottles on the set I received. The colors you see are slightly off from the true colors, but they’re not plain black or white as previous reviewers have received. They came nicely boxed and all were brand new. They brush on nicely and it was easy to do thin coats, although I did three coats to get a true color. The top coat is super shiny which I love. The hardest part was deciding which color(s) to use first! I’m hoping my manicure lasts as long as other brands of gel I’ve used as I really like it. The only criticism I have is that there were no directions with the kit. I’ve been doing mine for years, so I knew what to do, but it might pose a challenge for a new gel user. Overall I’m very happy so far and am already thinking of ordering another set with some blues in it!

I was searching for a new gel polish and I think that I found the one! The application was a smooth and easy process. I love all of the colors that came in the kit and cannot wait to try them all out. The one downside is that the colors are not shown on the bottle and they only have a number listed. I haven't found a color chart yet, so, for now, this means that I must open each bottle to figure out what color it is. This is tedious but not a deal-breaker for me. I also cannot comment on the longevity of the polish yet, as I have only had it on for two days now. But so far I have high hopes!

sorry about the lighting it. but I promise its way prettier in person. I couldn't wait for it to come in. I tried four of the bottles my goodness the colors are amazing. I'm more of a natural color person with bling. The gel polish is soo pretty that I don't mind using the other colors. Like the headline says it is perfect for starting a collection or just using the gel polish. However, four out of five because it's so thick I feel like there is a dried residue strand that floats in the bottle. So when I apply the polish the strand tends to glide around. I'm not sure if I was supposed to shake it or if the temperature too cold in my room. Perhaps I got a defected one. Overall I'm not mad at it. Also last thing outside the bottle it's kinda hard to differentiate which glitter is which they all look similar. Again not mad about it. Just implying it can be improved.

I'm just starting doing my own gel manicures at home and this kit is a really good starting kit. Great variety of colors, just note that the bottles are 6ml/0.21 FL Oz. Which to me is okay since it comes with many colors. The polish goes on smooth, as long as you follow the directions. I like that the top coat is a no wipe.My only issue was that the top coat bottle, after opening, kind of lost its seal? It leaks when it's not up straight after I had opened it. But it's fine as long as it's sitting upright when I put my polishes away.

I really love using the Gellen gel nail polishes from this gel nail polish starter kit. The colors in this kit differ slightly from “other” gel polish starter kits. I really love the variety of neutral colors. This kit has the best “nude” (#021) color to use. I prefer Gellen color #021 than Model Ones “chocolate” color. Don’t get me wrong “chocolate” in the Model Ones gel starter kit is wonderful too but Gellen #021 matches the color of my nail plate exactly! It also compliments my skin tone as well.The pictures attached are the nail design I decided to do and the products I used. Here’s the details as follows; ASP Gel polish in “reveal everything red,” Model Ones top/base/primer(all came in Model Ones gel starter kit), Gellen Gel Polish in #s 278 & 021, NUCOLOR Peach scented cuticle oil and Model Ones #0315. I have used several gel polish brands and Gellen is my favorite! I was pleasantly impressed with how well the polish lasted in between my healthcare job and numerous daily hand washing and ample hand sanitizer usage. I keep my nails on the shorter side, the pictured was with a week of growth. I am always happy to recommend Gellen products!

This is my first time buying gel polish and I'm so happy I went with Gellen. The colors I have tried so far are true to the pictures. The bottles are smaller but I like that because I will never go through a normal size bottle and I get more color options this way! The bottom of the bottle has the numbers that correlate with the pictures on here so you can tell which one is which color. The polish seems to be great quality and stays on great! The shipping was quick and I am very happy I purchased this product.

I really love this set. The variety is wonderful, and the application couldn’t be easier. I cure eat coat for 30 seconds, except the top coat, which I cure for 90, just to be safe. (I use an LED lamp.) The top coat really is a no-wipe top coat. It cures hard and shiny.The colors are easy to apply in thin layers. I’m looking forward to trying them all eventually, and I’m even pleased with the four glitter polishes. They’re not normally my thing, but these are really lovely.
