Update 4/27/2020 - This case is still working perfectly. The magnetic cover continues to work with no issues. Recently I decided to actually measure the degree of tilt and compare it to the apple product. It appears that this case tilts at 50 degrees where the apple case seems to be set at 60 degrees. So the apple case is a bit more vertical. However I dont find that to be a deal breaker especially at this price. I like the durability and feel of this case and it is holding up very well.This is really a great low cost option for your ipad cover. It feels great to the touch, is not slippery in anyway. the angle provide by using the front cover to prop up the ipad is good but it seems a tad bit off, should be a bit more upright in the upright landscape (easel) postion. The alternate position for laying mostly flat is just fine in my opinion and for the size of the case you could probably not achieve an alternative. The back cover slides on nicely and will have the shockproof behavior they promise for this type of case. I really like the pencil holder there is a nice easy space behind the pencil to push it out so you dont have to use your fingernail on the tip of the pencil like some other cases I have owned on my other ipads. The magnetic cover works and shuts off the display like its supposed to and stays put like it should when carrying the ipad on the spine of the case, it doesn't flop open. Again this case is really impressive for the price, the fit is precise and the components look to be quality. I expect to have this case for quite some time.

For those on the fence about which color to order, I ordered the teal and the lake. I love greenish blueish hues. Love my green iPhone color, but found it hard to decide which color I might like best for this iPad case because it’s hard to tell online. Both colors are nice, but I decided to keep the Teal. It’s a true teal, nice deep shade, and the texture of the case made it look very nice too. The lake color is nice as well, but much lighter. I imagine more prone to dirt showing. Also, I found the interior color too light/bright for my taste. (Show in another review). I cannot attest yet for the protectiveness it durability of the case, since I just got it, but in first glance it seems to do the job. This review is purely for the color, which I love. :)

There's no magic to this. It's an iPad cover with the Apple Pencil slot.Works great. Good material and sturdy.No worries, no problems. Buy it.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews this case has received. I researched cases for my 2021 10.2-inch iPad for a long while, as I find I use my iPad daily and travel frequently with it. I decided to try my luck with this one. I seriously do not have a single complaint about it. It is sturdy, it has a magnetic cover closure, the cover doubles as a nice stand, it fits extremely well and none of the ports are blocked. I have accidentally set it down on the kitchen counter and gotten food and other liquids on it, wipes right off. The textured surface makes it very easy to hold. I have used this cover for a few months, with heavy daily use, and the case still looks new. I would highly recommend this case to anyone looking for one for a 10.2-inch iPad that holds the Apple Pencil.A few reviews I read complained about not being able to get the Apple Pencil out easily. There is an open slot under the area where the Pencil is stored, that is accessible when you open the case. This allows you to press it out of the holding area. Same goes for the charging adapter (which, for whatever reason, a lot of reviewers seem to think the Pencil cap goes here, and remark that it doesn't fit well. This is because the cap is supposed to stay on your Pencil, protecting the charging interface. The small storage slot above the Pencil is for the small charging adapter piece that comes with the Pencil, and it holds this piece very snug, it is not falling out).I can't recommend this case highly enough. For the bad reviews, I can only imagine that either people ordered the wrong size case, or maybe something is going on in the factory where these are made and they don't all come out as good as mine. If I lost this thing today, I would buy the exact same case again. it is perfect for my iPad and holds my Apple Pencil flawlessly.

Super stoked on it. I am using my ipad for sketching mostly and love the fact it has a spot for the pen and also the little charging adapter!Only downside i can see is that certain screen protectors might have issues with it due to the way it hugs the corners. I personally really appreciate that especially since i can’t use a screen protector since it messes with the pencil inputs when you draw a lot (wavy lines) i still get a bit of protection…

I needed a case for my iPad that has a spot for my Apple Pencil, I hated carrying it around or hoping it would magnetically stay next to my iPad.This case has a really durable and premium feel, which is incredible for the price point. The pencil is a bit tough to get out if using the angled view (pictured above), but its much better than what I was doing before anyways.The volume and power buttons feel a bit squishy and hard to get a tactile feel, but it does the job. I highly recommend this case.

Excellent case. The only flaws are that the back sometimes feels like it is bending away from the iPad and the magnets in the folding mechanism aren’t quite in the right spot.Apple iPencil fits perfectly but not if you use a silicone protestory.

Feels like great quality... I saw comparable cases at target for double the price. Holds my Apple Pencil safely but it’s easy to pop out when I need it. All the buttons and charging port are easily accessible. Would buy again!
