I would put this can in the "wouldn't buy again" column, unfortunately. The flavor is fine, good enough oil, etc., but the sardines are quite mushy, with delicate tails falling off when I picked them up, and at the bottom of the can I'm left with a pile of rubble. I got maybe one or two out intact. Overcooked, basically.The can also lacks the flavorful treats you might expect in spiced sardines like carrots, pickles, chiles. Having recently killed a can of Jose Gourmet smallbois in spicy oil, which were so firm and delicious I might go so far as to say they're a yardstick, these were quite a letdown.As I said, these do taste good, and I ate all of them. I have had other Espinaler things that were really good. I absolutely love their hot sauce. However, this particular can was lacking. I have a can of the non-spicy ones in the cupboard, so we'll see if those are better.
