Obviously can't validate the nutritional value however, flavor is really good...easy to feed kids as it tastes like a sweet jelly candy.

Don't know much about vitamins but my 2 little ones have been taking this once a day. 1-2 gummies. 4 and 6 year old. so far so good. they have not been sick either. so i don't know if it's helping the immune system.

I am not really sure about Medical impact of the same, yet my kiddo waits for the next candy after devoring one. So all in all less expensive than other brand and as effective as the last one I purchased.Please note that Medically I am really not sure about the same.

My children love these vitamins. They ask for them without my even remembering, which is major because they have heen super picky in the past with vitamins.

Good flavour , too sweet though. A bit expensive
