The perfect fit
This sleeve is custom made for an Amana unit. It makes for neater cleaner installation. It also makes for sliding unit into the wall safer.

Don't go generic.
Only reason I would even take the time to say "I LOVE THIS SLEEVE" is because just once I bought a generic sleeve and oh, what a headache. I ended up tearing it out and putting this one in it's place because the first one had clearance problems because of the way it was made. This will work with just about any PTAC unit made for this size of sleeve.
