Heavy Duty Barbell 20 Inch Olympic Dumbbell Handle Pair Solid Steel Two Handles, One Pair

I was trying to find an inexpensive way to curl weight without buying thousands of dollars in dumbbells. I own 600 lbs of olympic weights so I figured these would work. Boy was I right. These things are like a mini version of my bench bar. Knurled and ends spin so the weights move freely to avoid sudden stops and unnecessary injuries. If you have olympic weights, this is definitely a good investment!!

These are well made and heavy duty barbells. Watch out for metal splinters! I saw this mentioned in another review before I purchased. Sure enough, I got a metal splinter in my finger just taking the barbells out of the box. Give them a good wash before you use them and check for any filings ready to come off. Other than that, good buy.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, my gym thought it would be a good idea to remove the dumbbells in order to increase spacing between the cardio equipment (UGH !). In any case, since they have olympic sized weights, I needed olympic sized dumbbell bars so I could continue my normal routine. These bad boys are admittedly rather pricey. They are sturdy as hell, weighing approximately 10# apiece. The part that accepts the plates is strong, sturdy and rotates freely so the weights are free to spin as I lift the dumbbells. The handles are knurled for a proper grip. The collars attach easily and maintain a firm grip on the plates. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Solid adjustable dumbbells. Nice heft in the weight, well constructed, gets the job done. The wrist wraps it came with tho were funny. I got two of the same side wrist wraps, so not optimal to use lol. They would be pretty decent otherwise. All in all, glad I purchased these since I got the plates for them and buying varying dumbbells with the current market price is ridiculous.

I have had this pair for over month now, they are fantastic. Well built and solid. I had to tighten one of the screws, beside that everything is awesome. Glad I bought them.

So far these are really nice, I'd say there perfect but depends on what your doing, look up professor attilla, and Sandow the strong man, there techniques from the Golden ara will get get you in shape with just these

well built, received quickly and in perfect condition. highly recommended.
