Learning that you cannot regain collagen is one thing to learn. Protect your skin. Taking collagen doesn't work but peptides along with retinol does. I use The Ordinary on my neck and face and feel it helps boost the plumpness to skin and helps delete wrinkles a bit. 2 👍👍's up.
