Very good and tasty
Do prefer the yellow brand more but this was good and taste good with just rice.

Not the real thing
When this company was Gold Mine Natural Foods, I could depend on it for excellent food products. This pickle I ordered ($8 or so not including postage) is a travesty. Wrong color, musty taste, no flavor, some kind of rind, and a funny aftertaste. I don’t dare have a second bite.I emailed the company, but no reply. I think the USDA should check out this product, their daikon pickle.

Good but expensive
IUt was a tasty pickle, but expensive considering cost plus shipping. Good in nori rolls and just chomping down on it as a between meal pickmeup

tasty but too salty
I've eaten many many radishes. These were good, not as sweet/pickled, though very salty and gritty. Almost like there was paprika on it.

This takuan is too salty and not as good as the fresh or jar type, and is a bit expensive. Didn't much care for it.
