Good Product
It is good for roasting a medium-sized chicken (below 2kg). The product is just as advertised. Value for money. Light weight. Size is good for using in OTG. Overall nice producting. Coating is good, easy to clean. Although after using several times, I found that burned on food drippings will stain the pan a little but it is not an issue for me.

Not for microwave
Works only in OTG, carbon steel is not compatible with microwave ovens. The infra red microwave radiation causes contractions and sparks, which can lead to damage to the microwave oven or even a fire. The manufactur hasn’t made a distinction between a plain griller/baking OTG and microwave ovens which react differently to steel dishes.

Product was definitely awesome, tough, smooth stone polished surface, seller packed the product in a away it safely reach us without any damage. First I thought of using it in my 9litre Panasonic OTG but it’s little big for 9litre OTG 19litres, 23litres are perfect. Stone polished surface does it job better than non stick cookwares. Worth buying. Very good Seller.

The media could not be loaded. I could use for whole chicken roast in the oven but the chicken must be at the largest about not more than 2kg whole chicken..
