This dress was very festive, perfect for the event I bought it for. It was comfortable and seemed pretty well made. The front tended to gap open when seated, but that was easily fixed with a tiny pin.

First off, the sequins are smaller than I usually see on clothes, and they give this stunning effect where the tones in the dress shift in the light - I bought the green (which is a gorgeous, vibrant, deep green in its own right), but as I move around, the dress ripples with undertones in blue and purple. Which - since I bought theirs to wear for Mardi Gras - is a very fortuitous bonus!Also, this dress is a curvy girl’s dream. The zipper was stuck (I assume rough treatment from someone else trying it on), but I was able to slide it on over my head anyway, and the size I bought (XL) fits PERFECTLY. And - as a six foot tall, 240 pound woman, that is NOT something I often get to say. It is sexy, but classy enough to wear to a formal event. I’m literally back on the page now to buy the same dress in other fabrics and colors!

This dress was beautiful! Just as shown in the photo. The fit was exactly as the size chart indicates. The fabric had a little stretch, but not a lot. The coverage was good- not too revealing in the chest, and the length was short enough to be fun, but still appropriate for a conservative person. The sequins were multi-colored and flat to the dress and looked great. However, the person this was purchased for is extremely sensitive and did not like the way they felt, so I had to return this. Overall, this dress is a great option, and a good value for the cost, but sequins can be a risk for a hypersensitive person.

My dress just arrived in the post today and I eagerly ripped open the packaging to see if it was going to be everything I needed. I had read so many conflicting reviews about the dress length, and really needed it to come to my knee. And YES - it was exactly what I'd hoped for!!I'm 5'6", 195 lbs, 36G, and ordered an XL. It fits perfectly and brushes my knees in the perfect place (as if I'd had it altered to be that exact length). It shows the cleavage yes, but not as much as I thought it would, and the weight of the material with the sequins gives it a nice, solid feel. I purchased the dress for a birthday outing (with dancing), and the weight of the dress will keep it from flashing unmentionables while turning. I'm super pleased with the vibrant colors and it was a great value for the price!!

When I washed this (delicate cycle, cold water, in a garment bag, as directed), it came out with a very odd issue. I expected to lose a sequin here or there, and did. No biggie. But the dress is now SHEDDING these tiny black bits of what resemble eraser shavings. When the dress moves, it sheds. Wet or dry. Even after I used a lint roller to remove whatever it is that’s sloughing off. It’s exceedingly puzzling, and I’m not sure if I’ll wear it if this persists. But it does fit beautifully, perfect swing in the skirt, and the iridescent look of the sequins is mesmerizing! If you do opt to buy this, I think I’d recommend dry cleaning or hand washing. It seems too fragile for regular washing even on Delicate.

This is a surprisingly pretty dress and garnered lots of compliments at a "colorful cocktail" dress code wedding. I am about 125 lbs and 5'6" tall, and the Small size fit fine except for being a little big for me in the bust. I wore a black bodysuit and short black slip underneath, so that prevented any wardrobe malfunctions or scratching from the sequins. Very comfortable for dancing and the green/blue/gold/purple shimmer was entrancing! Highly recommended!

I bought the blue and green sequin dress. I had hoped to see more purple in it, as I'd seen it described somewhere, but it is very much green and blue. I ordered based on the seller size chart, and it fits properly. The dress is beautiful, but I needed to match a very specific color set, and unfortunately, even with the gorgeous color shift, it didn't work. I might have kept it, but there were also some other quirks to be aware of, that meant I had to return it.Unsurprisingly, the sequins will scratch your under arms if you don't wear something to cover them. The sleeve and neck openings do have about a 1/4" extended lining which helps keep your neck and shoulders from being irritated, which is well designed, but the fold over/under of the chest means you absolutely need a bra or slip underneath if you don't want the underside of one of your boobs getting scratched up as well. Unless you pull the fabric flat, but that undoes the flattering look of the dress.Speaking of slips, the lining of the dress is nicely soft, BUT both it and the sequin layer are see through. The sparkle helps distract from that fact, but all it takes is a light shining in the wrong direction. So I highly recommend an under skirt or slip.The zipper is teeny tiny and pretty delicate, and can catch on the sequins if you're aren't careful. It isn't badly made or anything, in general it is well done, but it's the nature of the sequin mesh. I also had a great deal of difficulty getting the zipper all the way up, or back down again, without help. Your miles may vary for that based on your own flexibility and whether you've got someone to help you out or not.I think if the lining wasn't sheer, this would have been 5 stars.
