amazingly good rain suit
I bought this as a cheap rain suit to throw on the boat. We went to a boating rendezvous on Lake Erie and docked at Port Clinton and a storm came up. I dug the suit out and put it on. The storm grew to near hurricane proportions. Waves came across route 2 - a 4 lane highway - and closed it. I was out trying to keep the boats from busting loose in the storm. Water was about 1 1/2 feet over the docks. Our dock lines kept pulling the cleats out of the docks and planks off the docks the wind was so bad. Finally a dock on the next row broke loose with about 20 boats, all larger than 40 feet, attached and proceeded up the river. I was out all night until dawn trying to keep the boats on our dock safe. 70 plus mph winds and huge storm surge and heavy rain all night. The next morning when the storm let up, the only part of me that was wet was below the knee where I had been standing in the water. Absolutely amazing suit which I had thought was cheap paper when I bought it. I would go anywhere with this thing.

The medium fits great over cloths
So I read reviews and ordered a large... Sorry but this thing was HUGE. I'm 5'10" 190, wear 34 pants and large shirts. I could have fit two of me in that thing...hahaha... no worries, Prime Member, returned it, got refund in 24 hrs, thx Amazon... Ordered a medium and it came two days later. The medium fits great over cloths, including a sweatshirt. I know there are many questions on the reviews about size, hopes this helps. Have NOT used this in the field/rain. Along with other reviews it does not come with a carrying case. so, I followed another user's suggestion. Fold the pants in half, put them inside the jacket and zip it up, fold the sleeves in, fold each side into hood width, roll it up from the bottom and stuff the entire suite into the hood. It fits easily and small. No straps or ties, it just fits great...Awesome recommendation...

Perfect Rain Gear!
Bought this rain suit for my husband who drives Tractor Trailor and is out in the elements for hours per day. We bought a cheap plastic one a few months ago, and it was exactly that. Lasted only a few wears before it ripped and never really kept him dry. This one is such great quality! Super thick. He loves the drawstring elastic waist pants that he can easily pull on over his uniform and they are plenty long enough to cover his work boots. He usually wears a 2x in shirts, however after reading reviews I decided to go down to the XL, glad I did, as this is a perfect fit and plenty roomy inside. For size comparison he stands 5'11 and weighs 240lbs.

It does not keep you dry on a motorcycle
After reading several good reviews of the Frogg Toggs suit, I was excited to purchase it and give it a try. Unfortunately it basically failed completely at what it was supposed to do. I drove 20 minutes on my motorbike to work in a light rain and had a fairly wet shirt as a result all the way down the front. On the way home from work that day I drove another 20 minutes in a fairly heavy rain and ended up with my front fully soaked from shirt to pants. The suit leaked horribly and did not keep me dry in the least. I cannot recommend this product and I plan on returning mine as soon as possible.

Best raingear ever!!!!
If you are reading this review because you are on the fence just stop.Go and add this suit to your cart and buy it now.I had researched for weeks for a new raingear set and I'm one of those paralysis-by-analysis type people, and finally took a calculated chance on this set and I'm so glad I did because I bought a 2nd set just for emergencies. The first time I wore it the temp was in the low 80's but raining steady. I had the coat and pants on while fishing and not a drop got to my clothes. I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt underneath and couldn't have been more comfortable. I'll admit the first time you break it out, you will hear all the "I can't see you" because it's camo jokes, but you'll be the only one laughing while they are drenched and you are dry. It's a little stiff the first time you wear it, but after about 15-20 minutes of walking around it breaks in nicely. The ONLY thing to even SLIGHTLY question, is that when you get wet and try to dry your hands off on the suit the first time you will have fibers sticking to your hands. Not sure why this is, but again it was only the first time when it happened to me.The last time (about time #20 ) i've worn it was at a football game just last weekend. It was raining HARD, and windy (about 20mph / 30mph gusts). Again under neath I had jeans and a t-shirt. BONE FRICKING DRY! Sitting on metal bleachers for 3 hours watching my local college team. Not once did I get HOT or FREEZE miserably. It's also great at blocking the wind.So if you're still reading this and haven't bought it yet, you're like me and VERY THOROUGH, good for you. But I'm not kidding, just go buy it and stop looking. Oh yeah, didn't even mention the price yet. For what you CAN pay for in terms of rain gear this is as good as it gets.Seriously, stop reading and go buy it.

These are actually Scottish weather proof
Rare you actually find that are actually waterproof. I have used many alleged waterproof clothing for motorcycles and every one of them claim 100% waterproof, but they are 100% not waterproof they are showerproof only as in a very quick shower (proof) however Frog Togs these are very waterproof, these are by far my best suit I have purchased, I ran my arm under the water/sink tap full flow for 30 seconds, nothing got through despite being very thin material nothing got through I absolutely love using these on my motorcycle as they are very wind proof as well, I do not get cold even in the -1° temperatures. A great buy A+++I will definitely buy again.

Ignore the bad reviews. Frogg Toggs are great.
If you're after a luxurious fashionable coat, this isn't it. If you wan't a cheap, well cut and sensibly designed shell to keep the rain off then I'd strongly recommend it. It will keep you dry and crucially it will work with anything from a T Shirt to thick down jacket underneath. You put this on when it rains and take it off when it stops. I'm not sure how breathable it really is but breathability in general is vastly overrated for rainwear. It does NOT have pockets but this is a shell. A refreshingly good product from a company thats not built on hype.

Fragile materials...
No idea as to waterproofing qualities as hasn't rained since I purchased. Material is not very robust and fraying after only a few weeks wear. Doubt they will last long.

*READ BEFORE PURCHASING*
Ok. Your better off cutting holes in a garbage bag, seriously. The material feels like paper and rips like a piece of paper would. The zipper didn’t work from the second it arrived and the pants ripped at the crotch my first time bending down and quickly ripped almost all the way down by the end of working an 8 hour day, also by the time it was lunch my cloths were visibly damp underneath. I wasn’t expecting much of a rain suit at this price point, hoping for it to last a month before I could afford decent stuff, but this suit exceeded my expectations, letting me down immediatly. Don’t waste your money. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from, I honestly don’t think that a lower quality suit could be manufactured.
