This Award winning movie is being marketed by Reliance in India. Though the pack contains only one BD, written on the top of it 'DISK 1', and not extra BD which is provided in USA or UK. Ok, amazon desctiption describe it has only one disk and not two. But as I clearly observe reliance only print the cover with its own logo and censor certificate and give the original manufactured(outside India) disk with the pack, why it can't provide the 2nd extra disk!! It also prices its BD higher than by Excel and Sony DADC. I have purchased other disks by Reliance and it was my first and last time. Too bad it has the right of 'The Tree of Life' with it.Well, The picture quality is in the BD is unaltered and great. But NO EXTRAS.

The Blu-ray is a used disc full of scratches...it has been taken from a box set and the movie which is disc one has been repackaged as a single disc edition....Amazon...this is bad

This is the remastered edition of Gladiator. Both theatrical and extended versions are present. The cover is different from the one you see in the description. There is no bonus material (except commentaries)

A great movie

Can't run it. The Blue Ray player refuses to play due to format mis-match. Otherwise, the movie is a real treat to watch.

My all time fav movie..I can watch this movie everyday..Russell Crowe is one of the finest actor and Ridley Scott is one of the finest director.. Super combination

Entirely my own fault & ignorance (just purchased a Blu-Ray recorder & player:UK) & thought this would be compatible - it isn't. Do be careful & double-check compatibility if you live in the UK, to avoid disappointment...

Capolavoro cinematografico dell'immenso Ridley Scott, a mio avviso uno dei suoi lavori meglio riusciti. Molto forte la trama, bella la fotografia e le musiche, e poi l'Oscar meritatissimo a Russel Crowe.Edizione Steelbook veramente ben fatta e di qualità, sul fronte l'elmo ed il titolo sono in rilievo, all'interno c'è l'immagine estesa di Massimo in un combattimento da gladiatore. Purtroppo c'è un disco solo, anche se tuttavia contiene ampi contenuti speciali e la doppia versione dello stesso film: quello cinematografico voluto da Scott e quello esteso voluto dalla casa di produzione.Prezzo un po' alto (16€), converrebbe comprarlo quando si aggira intorno agli 11/12€. Ottimo pezzo da collezione. Spedizione veloce e sicura con Amazon.

Que decir de esta pelicula,es una obra maestra de gran calidad vienen con la tira de contenido extra de como se hizo con subtitulos en español, por su precio y su calidad es una compra segura, si tienes 5.1 te sentiras dentro de la batalla, la primera escena, cuando pasa revista a las tropas con la genial banda sonora, para mi es lo mejor de la pelicula

Es una de las mejores películas que he visto. Sin lugar a dudas una obra maestra para la posteridad. El poder ver la película en Blu-ray es simplemente impresionante, sobre todo la version extendida, que incluye escenas no mostradas en version que se estrenó en los cines.Varios idiomas, entre ellos el CASTELLANO y para los amantes del doblaje al ESPAÑOL LATINO también, o sea, que viene doblada en las 2 versiones, a elegir, por supuesto el idioma original y otros muchos mas.NO DUDAR de haceros con esta obra maestra, es absolutamente recomendable, no lo lamentareis!

He comprado esta misma edición a pesar de que muchos comentarios decían que las partes extendidas estaban en latino, pero está completamente doblada al castellano. La única pega es que el audio sube en las escenas de guerra, como si fuera una película pirata.
