Enables me to backpack and car camp with CPAP
Does the job for me. Allows me to use my Transcend ultralight CPAP while backpacking and car camping. The model I have seems to be newer than the one pictured. Most recently used this to connect my Goal Zero Sherpa 150 battery pack to my CPAP.

Best way to power portable cpap
This is a cigarette lighter cable which runs to a transformer brick with a cable and pin plug which connects into the back of your transcend CPAP. It's 3 pieces not just the 12V plug. I have used the 12v outputs on different battery banks (Goal 7ero, Serenelife, Foxnovo) to run my transcend CPAP from this adapter. Your battery bank will power the CPAP much long if you use the 9v output from the battery bank than if you use an inverter or the 110v AC output of your battery bank (more efficient ). Using this adapter (instead of a 110v inverter) doubled the amount of time I could run my transcend off a single battery bank. Worked well for me
