Spigen Ultra Hybrid Galaxy S5 Case with Air Cushion Technology and Hybrid Drop Protection for Samsung Galaxy S5 2014 - Crystal Clear

I'm super picky about my cases. I've been known to buy case after case after case and return them all until I find one I like. I like it to 1) protect adequately 2) not turn my pocket inside out 3) not double the size and weight of my phone. For about 3 different phones, no case was better for me than the Urban Armor Gear (UAG) cases. After the UAG began to unglue from the seams, I decided to try out this much cheaper case. This case by Spigen though - IS AMAZING. Its just a minimalist case that proctects well from drops. If I could complain about one thing, it would be that the case doesn't provide as must proctection for the camera lens as I would like. The case is so thin that it runs flush with the camera lens. I would just prefer a little lip around the lens to protect it a bit. Great case though!

surprisingly bendy, which makes it easy to take off without breaking and probably provides better cushioning. great fit and thin enough to where I hardly noticed it. Also doesn't cause the phone to heat up, which is always annoying with thicker cases.I don't think it would provide protection against something intense, but it's rescued my phone from 3 times I've dropped it, no damage at all :)

The case doesn't include any instructions whatsoever on how to use the air cushion. The fit isn't great, and offers NO protection of the camera. The case comes with a blue protectant film, which seemed had nearly melted onto the case, and was unbelievably difficult to remove. I had to scratch it off, and scratched the case in the process.The raised edges on the front are frail and bend easy, as opposed to sturdy to protect the screen. The "Screen Shield" is a thin film, which has bubbles when installed and is practically useless so I won't be keeping that on for long. I need to find and order a quality tempered glass screen shield like the one I use on my other phone. On my iPhone I use the LifeBox Glow case, and got a matching tempered glass from them to protect the screen, and the quality and workmanship on the other brand were FAR superior, not to mention the design. I thought going with Spigen I would get a good product, unfortunately it wasn't impressive.All in all this is mediocre at best.

This case fits very well for my new S5 I love the fact it is extremely clear and I am able to enjoy my phone. I got this gold color and it still looks great with this clear case. it is not opaque but very clear and still not bulky at all. Fits in my pocket and the case material also works well so it does not slide around easy. the case protects all edges and the edge of the glass which is what you need for glass protection unless you pierce your screen glass by sitting on it with your keys or something.......not that IVE done that before......The seller ALSO sent a free screen cover which fits perfect and will protect my glass from scratches. this case and screen cover will surely keep my phone looking new for a long time to come.

Protects the phone without adding a lot of bulk. Runs around the entire edge of the phone and lips over (in case your phone falls screen-first it'll hit the case and not your phone). Since it's for the S5 the only thing I would adjust is the opening for the batter charger. The S5's are 'water-proof' and the batter charger is covered with a removable cover for the batter port (in case you drop it in the bathtub water is unable to get into the phone via the charging port). With this cover, I have to dig at it a bit to get the phone battery port cover off. I'm a guy so I don't have long finger nails. This is a non-issue for my wife. Even for me it take all of 10 seconds to get it off.I would buy the case again in a heartbeat.

Ordered this since I didn't get a standard case from our COSTCO outlet when I bought my Galaxy S5. Arrived a bit early and I immediately tried it on. Fits like the proverbial glove with holes and bumps in all the right places. Love the transparent look since it immediately tells me what phone is on the inside.Case is very easy to put on and as others noted the front edges are slightly higher than the phone face to provide a smidge more protection for the glass. Not sure if that turns out to be significant if I drop the phone on its face but it sounds good.Since I haven't dropped the phone yet can't vouch for its protection abilities but at the moment I'm happy with the purchase.

This is the best designed transparent case I have ever seen. The thing I was worried about the most about this case was the fact that it might get scratched very soon after sitting on different surfaces. But this case actually has tiny structures on the edges that act as stands to protect the rear panel from scratches. And the front side is obviously raised like any other cases, which protects the screen when the phone is laying on it. Another nice thing about this case is that it's a unibody case. No extra rubber layer or anything like that that attaches around the border, it's just one piece and strong case. I also ordered a skin for my phone, so this case looks great because my dragon can shine through. My phone is black, so this case didn't look really appealing from the front, but still I somehow am getting used to it. Overall, a great case! I will recommend this to anyone!

This case is great. I feel like it provides protection without the bulk. I was previously using an expensive S-View flip cover but I found the cover to be a pain whenever I tried to take a picture. The cut outs on this case are perfect and there is no issue with opening the charger cover which I found was a complaint with other cases. However, I must say that if you are someone who bikes, hikes, jogs, etc. I think that this may not provide enough protection for those activities.
