Better than I thought
When I first started using this - I was pretty frustrated. It was not performing the way that I expected. However - the more I used it - my technique improved greatly. It takes some practice to get the hang of how to use it. Once I figured out what I was doing (right & wrong) - it was a breeze to use. I am glad I did not give up. I love the tombstones I made for Halloween!

can help to DIY work a lot
I use to chance all the foam in the chair in my home.Was very easy to use (few things you have to figured out) and fan too.

SURPRISING OVERHEAT PROTECTION FUNCTION!
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE IT, it helps me and my son create a great work....!!! It can warns of overheating by flashing LED lights and automatically powers off. You can see in my video when I plugged in the short tip, and turned the voltage up to over 7V (as user manual, maximum voltage is 5V). This is truly a great innovation. The compact machine costs $26, which is really cheap for a genuine product. The warranty policy of this brand makes me more confident than others. It was amazing and I couldn't have asked for more. My Halloween project is almost finished.

Does not work
I took it out of the box for the very first time, plugged it in, waited a few minutes. A light came on but even after 10 minutes, it wasn't even warm. Absolutely does not work. And I waited too long to try it out, so I can't return it. Zero stars.

It gets hot and it cuts foam
Does exactly what it says, I've only had it for a short while so I can't speak to its lifespan but its been putting in work so far.

Won’t stay hot
Finally had a chance to use today. It will not stay hot and does not heat some of the attachments. After about 10 minutes, wont even turn on. This was a disappointment. And i needed to finish this project today.

Alright I guess for the money
It's alrightPicks and chooses when it wants to work correctly and don't be deterred. When you're trying to turn it on and it's blinking at you. Turn the dial a little bit lower until it stops. Blinking, that's That's the device protecting itself from overheating the element.If you look at the unit, it has info on it about the difference tips and what you should have. It set at use it as a starving point and back it off until it stops blinking.
