WranglerMen's Retro Slim Fit Boot Cut Jean
M**3
This is how Wranglers are meant to fit.
Way back pre-1980, Wrangler jeans came in 3 fits: "Slim", "Regular", and "Husky". But as fashions evolved, "Slim" disappeared and "Husky" was replaced by "Relaxed Fit", so aging Boomers with middle-age spread could pretend they still could "still fit in the size I wore in high school". But those of us who preferred a more form-fitting cut were out of luck. I've spent decades being annoyed by the bagginess of so-called "Regular Fit" jeans. Then, while browsing online I stumbled upon listings for Wrangler "Retro Slim Fit" jeans. Could it really be true? They were a bit pricier than the "Regular Fit", but I took the chance and ordered a pair. When they arrived and I tried them on, I'm not exaggerating when I say I was never happier with any clothing purchase I've ever made! They fit exactly as I was hoping they would. No excess fabric bunching up under my seat and thighs when I sit, but still plenty of freedom of movement. The waistband is noticeably lower than the "regular", but rides in a more natural comfortable position. Comparative measurement to the "regular" shows the "slim" to be 2 inches shorter in zipper length, measured from base to waist button. Now that I've found these, I'm never buying any other cut of jeans EVER!

Three pairs prove Poor quality, but great fit. Won’t buy again.
I love the fit of these Wrangler Retro jeans. I bought two pair a couple years ago and they move well when I’m active and ride well in the saddle. I know they are not work jeans and I did not ride in them very long and not more than a couple times. However, both pairs fell apart quickly. The belt loops on one pair tore from the waist without any tugging. I swore I’d never buy them again. After a year I came across a pair that were darker than my previous ones and seemed a bit more sturdy. The figured this was due to the lack of prewashing. I bought a pair on Amazon. They fit well as before and did seem to have improved strength. I am sad to say they still are of poor quality. A belt loop tore from the waist after just a few wears and a pocket had a small tear at one of the brass tack points after just the second wash. In short- these are gray fitting poor quality jeans.

Really shoddy manufacturing
I really like this style, but there is a problem.Order the exact same style in the exact same size and every pair will be different from every other. I order 33x34 and count myself lucky when they fit. Waist measurement is NEVER the same. Inseam measurement is NEVER the same. It's a pure crap shoot to order Wrangler jeans.Frustratingly, when they fit right I love the fit. Then there is the second issue, poor workmanship and materials, but, I could put up with that and just order another pair, they are not crazy expensive.Whoops, I am back to the crap shoot on the size...

Great pant
These fit and look great. There are some small differences in feel and fit between the color options. Some are a stiffer material and others have a snugger fit. After you move around in them for a bit, they relax and feel like the others. My go-to pant for the last good while were the Levi 527 but always hated how the lower ride waist never stayed in place unless my belt was two sizes too tight. These fit just above the waist and comfortably move with you so you don't spend half your day pulling your pants back up or re-tucking your shirt.

Nice Jeans
My 6’3” son is very slim and these are still a bit too baggy in the buns and thighs. He tried the 29” waist, but that was a little too snug on his hips so I ordered him the 30” waist and it’s a good fit, slightly loose but might shrink. All in all, this is the best brand I’ve found that he likes. And, the price was much better through Amazon than our local store that rarely has his 36” length. He liked them well enough that ordered him another pair.

Great Jeans, but delivered defective/unwearable.
These are great-fitting Jean's, exactly what I wanted; unfortunately they arrived with no waistband closure button...not just loose, absolutely absent. Can't wear them unless/until I get them repaired (I can't sew). $40 wasted. With hundreds of items ordered from Amazon over the years, this is the first time I've received something defective.

I've been wearing 30x30 jeans for longer then I can remember in every brand imaginable including Wrangler. Received these jeans tried them on and found them too be extremely small didn't come close to being able to button them and the thighs were so tight I felt like I could split the jeans if I bent down I don't know if this particular jean run extremely small or they were tagged size wise incorrectlyI do like the look of the jeans & the feel of the material so I'm going to roll the dice & order a pair in 32x30 hopefully they fit if not then I know the first pair was tagged with the wrong sizeJust a side note amazon was great with handling the return had a refund 3 days after returning first pair of jeans

COUNTERFEIT JEANS!!!
These jeans are bootleg, counterfeit, imposters and illegal. Not to mention crappy. I am currently working with Wrangler to figure out the best next step, I will gladly send them to Wrangler for verification. The stitching is irregular everywhere, colors are incorrect and the sizing is completely wrong. I took them to a Wrangler jeans dealer and was told it's highly likely they are counterfeit.
