🥃 A Good Reference Book for Whiskey 🥃
The Whiskey Bible is a nice reference book for those new to whiskey as well as for those who are well seasoned imbibers and collects of this magical juice. The Bible offers quick references to newer and older whiskeys alike. The one rub I have and I believe worth sharing is the year over year content doesn’t change much. I find myself buying The Whiskey Bible once every 2-3 years which makes it a bit more fresh for me.Drink Well! 🥃🥃

Worth its weight in vintage whisky
Love this book, saved its cost many times over In Avoiding overpriced, overmarketed poor quality whiskey. Wish I’d started reading it sooner

Font way too small
You would need a magnifying glass to read it must be less than 6 point type

The annual reference
Great quick reference across a lot of whiskeys. I do feel like the grading was easier this year then in the past but still like to get this annually.

Same old same ol...
I have been buying this guide since it first came out in the early 2000’s, and I have usually found it very helpful. However, over the past few years the repetitive content has become problematic. With the advent of specialty whiskies and variants I was hoping for some insight into these, but they are rarely reviewed. Instead, I get the repeated whining about sulphured sherry casks and rehashed reviews from previous years. If you have last years...you pretty much have this years. Save your $$$

Why is this still in print?
Outdated, sexist and missing so many distilleries and expressions. Just stop.
