NAIL CONTROL
That's right nail control.I have owned dogs all my life and all of them hate trimming their nails they may put up with it but if they had a choice they would go for the longest nails world record before letting you cut them.I take the toy down to the parking lot and turn on the thing and let the "Deuce" chase it till it's so slow it barely moves, tongue hanging out and panting batteries down and he is down.Nails trimmed. Now running a dog is NOT good for them all the time so we do this about once a week.Maybe twice. This toy is durable,he has bit the tires a couple of times and they do come a part but some super glue keeps them in place for the most part. The tires will probably come apart again, will use expansion foam if it keeps happening. It doesn't do good in grass but does move thru if it's not too high.Could be a little bit faster. It runs on both sides if it gets stuck Deuce flips it over to make it move.It takes a while to recharge.Better than buying batteries. It has a over charge protection so just plug it in and forget about it.Cheaper than a dog remote costing twice as much. Would a kid like it of course they will and have fun doing it. I think a 30 min. is more than enough time for a kid to play before they tire of it.

Big hit with my nephews
I got this for my nephew who was turning 8. He really loved this item! It is very fun with the lights and big wheels and bee design. The pre-programmed "dance" option with music is cute. It definitely had a big "wow" factor out of the box and has been since. It's fairly easy to operate as well. The cons with this item are this: the weird little mini wheel in the front tends to get hung up and the terrain doesn't always allow for the car to flip over as it seems to have been intended. So there is a lot of manual resetting of the vehicle required. It only comes with one battery. Other RC cars I've recently purchased have had a backup battery that can be recharging when the other one is in use. That would have been nice to have. The most concerning issue is the battery compartment requires removal of a tiny screw. The screwdriver is not included, which is a pain, but it is tricky to open and close for a younger operator, and juggling the screw is tricky and I just know it will get lost. I couldn't tell if the battery cover will stay on if the screw is missing.I think overall this vehicle is a good value and high intrigue/delight for kids. I would recommend having on hand a mini screwdriver (like for a computer), preferably with a magnetic tip, and a nice little dish or container for the screw to stay in while the battery is recharging to help make sure it doesn't get lost.

Terrible to charge
This is a fun toy but it’s terrible to charge for a child! A parent has to unscrew the top of the battery cover to take out the battery and then charge it by a usb. What a pain! Would not recommend at all! I got it for my five year old and my husband and I dread going through the chargi g process

Doesn’t worth the money, poor quality- stopped working after 3 months of gentle use
Update: The car ran about 3 months and everything was fine. My daughter haven’t play with it for 2 months (I have removed the battery from the car and put it in the box) and now (when I fully charged and put back in the battery) it is not working. Very very disappointing. My daughter was so unhappy. Everyday she is asking why it’s not working and she asks me to charge the battery. The music is playing but the tires are not rolling so the car is not moving. Also the battery dies in not more than 2-5 min after 4 hours of charging.Very expensive toy and bad quality. Doesn’t worth the money (for a toy that worked for 3 months and cost $39.99.)I am disappointed cause also I have bought another one as a birthday gift for other kid.

NOT recommended at all.
What a total disappointment! Got this for my 6 year old son, and the on/off switch is garbage. I had to stick a small piece of cardboard along side it to keep it from always turning off. The thing is nearly impossible to move other than in a circle. The thing goes so fast with little to no control over the speed, and it's just not at all fun to play with. 100% total disappointment. On top of that, the re-chargeable battery doesn't last long, it's difficult to remove and you must remove the cover to charge. All I can say is buy something better.

Fun, but doesn't hold a charge
My son is in love with his Tumble Bee; it's great and seems durable, however, it doesn't hold a charge very long. The manual says it takes a couple of hours to charge (which we did), but the play time is only about an hour at the most and if your child is anything like mine, he'll want to play with it all day! You have to unscrew the bottom, take out the battery and plug it in, then when it's done charging, you need to put it back in and screw it shut. Which would be fine if I didn't have to do it 3 to 4 times a day. Other than the battery, this is an excellent toy and I really do appreciate that it's rechargable. Just wish it held a longer charge.

Duplicate of our grandsons' favorite.
We bought this, as grandparents, to keep at our house. The boys all got them for Christmas at home and loved them, so it's time to get some remote control toys to have around. We just got one, and will look for some , monster trucks or other vehicle styles to come up with one for each that's different. I really can't rate it totally because we charged it and tried it out ourselves. It has not been used extensively. My only criticism of this particular toy is that it is difficult to detach the battery pack in the car for charging. Also, the screws that hold the covers on the battery compartments, are incredibly tiny and the only person who can deal with that is an adult and even I had a hard time and had to buy a set of jewelers screwdrivers and replacement screws because it is very easy for one to be dropped. But the boys love this particular remote control toy.

I’ve purchased 3 so far, all recipients love it.
I have now purchased 3 of these. Every child that has received it, loves it. I wish rechargeable batteries lasted longer. But taking a rest from it is okay too. Play time is about 30 minutes depending on the ground surface. Recharge time is an hour or so. Read directions for first charge and subsequent charges as this review is not meant to advise differently.
