Pacific Legend Men's Parrots Beach Border Hawaiian Shirt

This shirt is so FUN!! I bought the orange color for my husband to wear to a Jimmy Buffet concert and we both loved the pattern. However, the sizing said a small is for a 40" chest and my husband is 38" in the chest and it was too small. I definitely recommend this shirt just consider the sizing.

This shirt was absolutely the right fit and colors.

Comfortable cotton shirt. I wear an XXL or XXXL and weigh 265. The XXXL is a little large, just like I like it.

I had been buying 3x in this shirt style - even thought I was wearing 2X in a good T-shirt. The 2x button up shirts were just a little too close to be comfortable. I have lost 20 pounds - down to 235 at 5' 10", and decided to try a 2x, as the 3x had more room than I liked or needed.Wonderful fit. Able to raise my arms, roomy enough for all activities.And I love Pacific Legend designs and workmanship.The pattern matches up perfectly on the front panel - almost looks like a pull over from a solid fabric.I work in a library and am permitted casual wear, so my Pacific Legends get worn every week. Lots of compliments from staff and patrons. Plus, I ride a motorcycle to work (Go Triumph!), which can be hard on button up shirts. Other brands I tried have needed mending, buttons were coming off, due to the wind from bike riding, 32 miles round trip. Not my Pacific Legends. Colors are nice and bright, buttons still snug, just a joy to wear. Never need ironing for work, maybe if I wear one to a wedding or important event, and want to look extra spiffy.I am sure there are other good brands that I haven't tried. Maybe I'll get around to them after another 10 or twelve Pacific legends.I'm hoping to be in XL in 6 or 8 months, if I can get back to my weight when I was I the Navy - 40+ years ago. Stranger things have happened.What can I say, Pacific Legends Rocks!

At last, an opportunity to buy Proud American made products.This shirt is a bargain at the price and delivery was fast.Buttons made of coconut shell, and colors bright enough to be seen from the surface of the moon. The material is quite thin, and will not give a guy the sweats as he's standing around after a day in the sun. Hangs open well, as it will be on me most of the time.Hawaiian shirts are meant to be loose, comfortable, breathable, either 100 % cotton, or silk, in my opinion. Also, I never tuck 'em in.The stitching is adequate, the plaquet behind the buttons and buttonholes is folded back about 4 inches and stitched down the edge to prevent raveling. Not really caped, but an attempt at gussets, that will be great if you're broad shouldered.As regards trueness of size, I'm 6'2" and an XL is OK now, but I've not washed it yet. If in doubt buy bigger and wash it hot.100% cotton will shrink no matter what anybody says.Girls, this company has a bunch of ladies and kids stuff, to include some sun dresses, and things like saris.This is no Tommy Bahama, but it also isn't $150.I think I'll get that orange one next with the parrots.Strangely, no extra buttons were sewn to the inside bottom, but that's OK cause I've got a whole slew of these kinds of shirts and they are absolutely bristling with extra buttons.

Can't discuss fit or comfort, it's a gift and they haven't received it yet
