The Hobbit-Tauriel Long Curls Hair Big Waves Cosplay Wig Anime

Having spent way too much time on the internet trying to find a good Tauriel wig, I feel it is my duty to write a very thorough review.Overall I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this wig for a Halloween costume or for a Hobbit premiere costume. Below is the breakdown of the pros and cons.What I like about this wig:-It is relatively inexpensive compared to most of the other Tauriel wigs out there.-The color is spot on. The picture of the wig packed up in the netting is the actual color.-The braids look good, though you might need to fiddle with them a little to get them into the right position.-It might not be quite as long as the wig in the movie, but it is definitely long enough to look right.What I don't like about this wig:-The widow's peak is kind of awkward. It isn't a full out hair horn the way some Tauriel wigs are, but you can still tell it's fake. Unfortunately the only way you are going to get around this issue is to buy an expensive lace front wig. Unless you are doing hardcore cosplaying, I think this wig looks good enough, even if it doesn't look great.-The shipping time took a while. I actually shouldn't list this as a complaint, since it arrived two weeks earlier than the earliest expected arrival date, but Amazon Prime has spoiled me, and now waiting two and a half weeks for something seems like forever. Either way, this is not something you want to order last minute.-I have a relatively high hairline, but this wig barely covers it. If you have a short forehead or a low hairline, this might not be a good product for you.-The wig cap tends to slide on my hair. I will probably have to pin it in place.-This is a minor nitpick, and probably easy to fix, but the lower braids on this wig are regular English three strand braids, not rope braids, which is what Tauriel actually has.-I've got a really small head, so I have the feeling a couple of bobby pins will be needed to keep this wig in place.

Beautiful wig! Inside cap seems a little small or I just cant figure it out with the straps. Anyway, it's still wearable, just heavy, so you won't want to wear it for long periods of time. Worked perfectly for my halloween costume and also wore it out with a hat (just hid the widows peak).
