Nice beginner watercolor set
The product was ordered Sunday morning with estimated delivery on Wednesday, but I had in on my hands by Monday afternoon.I have to admit that I originally ordered the item, because I saw that it was spacious in the middle and I hoped that it would fit my many half pans. They did, as you can see in the photo. 21 half pans in total. The brush I was not fan. It is my first brush pen, I have to admit, but I was confused while handling it. It also sucked some of the color inside and spit it out on the next color I was trying to use.I transferred the colors to an empty Cotman travel palette. They are quite pigmented and I had trouble thinning the paint. Maybe it's me, but with practice they can produce nice work.. I have some test samples. They are opaque, but they blend fine. Only minus is that the set does not have a basic red.

Perfect little watercolour set
I bought this set so I could practice my drawing and add some colour wash to my simple little sketches and am extremely pleased with my purchase. This little set can fit in your pocket and travel with you but is more than capable of producing some excellent larger scale watercolours. I love the pan, I love the design of the tin and I particularly love the blending brush - something I'd never used before. Even an amateur artist like me can produce pleasing results with this little set and it has sparked an enthusiasm in me to draw a lot more. At the price, you cannot go wrong - buy one! And then buy another for your friend or your family!

Colours too "primary"
I bought this purely for the tin. However, I tried some of the paints but found them too "primary" if you can understand that. So I just changed them over for the half pans of watercolour paint that I'm used to.The tin is perfect for desk or travel as there's no need to carry a mixing palette. The half pan tray, which holds 12 colours clipped in place, can be lifted out while the bottom of the tin can also be used for mixing. Further half pans can be fitted into he brush tray. From experience, am not a fan of water brushes finding that paints can be sucked back into the clean water. Easier to carry the two or three brushes that would be needed for urban painting plus two little bottles of water.

Great for you money
It's a really nice inexpensive watercolour set. Good range of colours and really cool set.The only concerns with this are that the red is very orangey and it can be a bit fiddly to put away, but don't let this stop you from buying what is a really great set- I will probably buy a nice red separately and there is room for an extra 2 paints in the tin!

Really happy would recomend if you need the tin box or you are a beginner/child
I think this is great! Not gonna lie I needed just the box and this was cheaper than buy the tin alone. And I believe this is a bargain the colour are actually ok I would recommend this for a child or a beginner that just wants to play around, they do the job and are quite pigmented. I even kept a couple of the original colours because I liked them, the peach is quite nice and substitute the rest with my own . The box is light but made of good metal I am really happy with this purchase.

Good enough to get started
This little tin is small in size but packs a colourful punch. PROS: The included brush pen is easy to get used to and the colours are bright. I can imagine taking this set out for day trips along with a small pad but I intend to use it as a starter set to brush up (pun intended) on my artistic skills. CON: I did find it difficult to mix a purple as the strawberry red seems slightly orange and turns the mix brown - this could be due to my inexperience but is worth noting!

Excellent value, great for beginners!
This watercolour set is excellent for beginners. The small metal case makes it great for painting outdoors and because it's lightweight it easy to use and great for travelling. It's a good starter palette! Highly recommend. Great price too!

Cute, compact with lovely colours
I originally purchased this as a gift but decided to keep it for myself. I’ve started to paint as a therapeutic hobby, to help myself relax in the evenings and on the weekends. Its nice and compact so it’s easy to take with me to coffee shops and paint while I have a coffee and bite to eat. I love the colours, very vibrant and great quality. Definitely recommend for children and adults!
