Use them all the time
Use these every time I go to the range. I like that I can use a real tee so the height is adjustable. This helps me stay with a consistent height form range to course.

Works great with practice mat
Thought I ordered wrong size but when used with the indoor/outdoor practice may, I didn't need to use a tee. These rubber tees work great!

This item design changed
The first time I ordered this item it did very well and lasted a long time. Very durable. This time however they didn’t last long at all. The design changed. Only the top 1/2 inch holds the tee and there is too large a cavity after that. Tees don’t stay straight and it falls apart.

Rubber Broke in less than a Week
You can see in the product photo that the tee goes into sort an X shaped piece in the top. Within a week the first tee holder had ripped through the main support structure at the end of the "X" so it lost all structural integrity and the tee goes flying every time once it's broken. I don't expect this sort of thing to last forever, but I think expecting more than a week is reasonable.
